利用二次掃描法制作全鋯冠的效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的: 研究制作二次掃描法全鋯修復(fù)體,并通過(guò)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)明其相比手工烤瓷冠制作法制作的修復(fù)體以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)法制作的修復(fù)體的形態(tài)學(xué)優(yōu)勢(shì),為探索建立個(gè)性化牙齒數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)提供方法。 方法: 選擇上頜左側(cè)第一磨牙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)全瓷冠預(yù)備體模型,模擬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上頜左側(cè)第一磨牙形態(tài)利用二次掃描法,,手工烤瓷冠制作法和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)法三種方法分別制作左側(cè)上頜第一磨牙全冠,再應(yīng)用錐體束三維螺旋CT測(cè)量三種方法制作的修復(fù)體的軸面外形凸度以及牙尖斜面斜度并通過(guò)spss13.0軟件比較其形態(tài)學(xué)差異。 結(jié)果: 利用二次掃描法模擬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)左側(cè)上頜第一磨牙形態(tài)制作的全鋯修復(fù)體與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)左側(cè)上頜第一磨牙相比其外形凸度以及牙尖斜面斜度均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,而手工烤瓷冠制作法以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)法兩種方法制作的修復(fù)體相比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)左側(cè)上頜第一磨牙,其外形凸度以及牙尖斜面斜度均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。 結(jié)論: 利用二次掃描法模擬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)左側(cè)上頜第一磨牙形態(tài)制作的全鋯修復(fù)體比手工烤瓷冠制作法以及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)法兩種方法制作的全冠修復(fù)體其外形凸度以及牙尖斜面斜度與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)左側(cè)上頜第一磨牙最接近即更有形態(tài)學(xué)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the advantages of secondary scanning total zirconium prosthesis (TZR) as compared with that made by handmade porcelain crowns and by standard database method. In order to explore the establishment of personalized dental database. Methods: the model of standard all-ceramic crowns of left maxillary first molar was selected, and the shape of standard left first molar was simulated by secondary scanning method. The left maxillary first molar crown was made by manual porcelain crown making method and database method respectively. Three dimensional spiral CT of cone bundle was used to measure the crown of the axial surface and the slope of the cusp of the prosthesis. The morphological differences were compared by spss13.0 software. Results: there was no significant difference in profile protruding and cusp slope between standard left maxillary first molar and standard left maxillary first molar. Compared with the standard left maxillary first molar, the crown made by hand and the restoration made by database method had significant difference in shape protruding and cusp slope. Conclusion: the total zirconium prosthesis with standard left maxillary first molar shape was simulated by secondary scanning method than that made by handmade porcelain crown and database method. The slope of the cusp is closer to the standard left maxillary first molar, that is, it is more morphologically superior to the standard left maxillary first molar.
