【摘要】：目的探索口腔數(shù)碼攝影聯(lián)合診斷模型在前牙美學(xué)修復(fù)中的應(yīng)用方法及價值。方法選取該院口腔門診收治的擬進(jìn)行前牙美學(xué)修復(fù)治療的94例患者采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為研究組和對照組各47例,兩組均采用常規(guī)美學(xué)修復(fù)技術(shù)作為基礎(chǔ),研究組聯(lián)合應(yīng)用口腔數(shù)碼攝影、診斷模型技術(shù)對美學(xué)修復(fù)進(jìn)行輔助設(shè)計,觀察兩組修復(fù)效果及患者的滿意度。結(jié)果研究組美學(xué)修復(fù)后的美觀性、色澤、舒適性及牙齦邊緣滿意度評分均顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。研究組美學(xué)修復(fù)后的修復(fù)體形態(tài)、修復(fù)體顏色、邊緣密合度評分均顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。修復(fù)后,研究組近中齦乳頭、遠(yuǎn)中齦乳頭、牙槽突外形、軟組織形態(tài)、軟組織顏色、軟組織質(zhì)地評分均顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論口腔數(shù)碼攝影聯(lián)合診斷模型輔助常規(guī)美學(xué)修復(fù)技術(shù)在前牙美學(xué)修復(fù)中具有較高的臨床應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application and value of combined oral digital photography diagnostic model in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods Ninety-four patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth were randomly divided into study group (n = 47) and control group (n = 47). The study group used dental digital photography and diagnostic model technology to design the aesthetic prosthesis, and observed the effect of the two groups and the satisfaction of the patients. Results the scores of aesthetics, color, comfort and satisfaction of gingival edge in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). In the study group, the shape, color and edge tightness of the prosthesis were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.05). After restoration, the scores of proximal gingival papilla, distal gingival papilla, alveolar process, soft tissue morphology, soft tissue color and soft tissue texture in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion combined oral digital photography combined with diagnostic model is of high clinical value in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.
