【摘要】：目的:分析學(xué)齡前兒童齲病的患病情況,探討其發(fā)病的相關(guān)影響因素,為齲病預(yù)防保健工作提供依據(jù)。方法:對(duì)2009年1月~2013年9月某社區(qū)所在幼兒園3~6歲學(xué)齡前兒童進(jìn)行齲病調(diào)查,將3~6歲兒童分為3個(gè)層次,每個(gè)年齡層按照等距抽樣原則抽取200名兒童進(jìn)行調(diào)查。問(wèn)卷調(diào)查表包括兒童生活習(xí)慣、口腔衛(wèi)生及家庭因素等內(nèi)容。掌握3~6歲學(xué)齡前兒童齲病的患病率情況,并分析與齲病相關(guān)的影響因素。結(jié)果:600例學(xué)齡前兒童,患齲病246例(41.0%),未患齲病354例(59.0%),其中3~4歲患齲病68例(34.0%),未患齲病132例(66.0%),4~5歲患齲病80例(40.0%),未患齲病120例(60.0%)。5~6歲患齲病98例(49.0%),未患齲病102例(51.0%),各年齡組兒童患齲率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),且各年齡組發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢(shì);喜食甜食、喜食碳酸飲料、每日刷牙次數(shù)至少2次、定期檢查牙齒及母乳喂養(yǎng)是患齲病的主要因素,上述因素在兩組間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:學(xué)齡前兒童患齲病率較高,患齲病率隨年齡的增大而呈上升的趨勢(shì)。要針對(duì)患齲病相關(guān)因素采取針對(duì)性的預(yù)防保健措施,加強(qiáng)口腔衛(wèi)生知識(shí)宣傳并定期查治,同時(shí)推廣和指導(dǎo)學(xué)齡前兒童正確刷牙方法,養(yǎng)成保持口腔衛(wèi)生的習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the prevalence of dental caries in preschool children and to explore the related factors to provide evidence for the prevention and health care of caries. Methods: from January 2009 to September 2013, a survey on dental caries was carried out among preschool children aged 3 to 6 years old in a community kindergarten. The children aged 3 years old were divided into 3 levels. 200 children were selected from each age group according to the principle of equidistant sampling. The questionnaire includes children's living habits, oral hygiene and family factors. To understand the prevalence of caries in children aged 3 to 6 years old, and analyze the related factors of caries. Results: 600 preschool children, There were 246 cases (41.0%) of caries, 354 cases (59.0%) without caries, 68 cases (34.0%) of caries in 34 years old, 132 cases (66.0%) of non-caries, 80 cases (40.0%) of caries in 4 ~ 5 years old, 120 cases (60.0%) of non-caries, 98 cases (49.0%) of caries and 102 cases (51.0%) of non-caries in 56-year-old children. Statistical significance (P0.05), and the incidence of each age group showed an upward trend; Sweet food, carbonated drinks, brushing at least 2 times a day, regular inspection of teeth and breast-feeding are the main factors of dental caries, the above factors were statistically different between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the incidence of caries in preschool children is higher, and the incidence of caries increases with age. Aiming at the related factors of dental caries, we should take preventive and health measures, strengthen oral hygiene knowledge propaganda and regular check and cure, at the same time, popularize and instruct preschool children to brush their teeth correctly, and form the habit of keeping oral hygiene.
