【摘要】：目的：了解烏魯木齊市6-10歲小學生六齡牙患齲和萌出情況,調查齲病危險因素,分析齲病病因,探討防治六齡牙齲病的相關措施。方法：按照第三次全國口腔健康流行病學及健康教育抽樣調查的要求,采用整群抽樣方法對烏魯木齊市5所小學6-10歲1183名小學生進行口腔健康檢查和問卷調查,問卷內容包括兒童基本情況、口腔衛(wèi)生習慣、飲食習慣、嬰兒時的喂養(yǎng)方式、父母親文化程度及經濟收入等情況,并對檢查及問卷調查結果進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果：1、1183名兒童(維429,漢754),患齲率13.36%,女生(16.54%)高于男生(11.43%),維吾爾族(16.78%)高于漢族(11.41%),差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05),患齲率隨著年齡增高而上升。2、維、漢學生六齡牙萌出率隨著年齡增長呈上升趨勢,總萌出率92.41%,漢族六齡牙完全萌出率高于維吾爾族,維、漢六齡牙萌出狀況有統(tǒng)計學差異p0.05)。3、Logistic回歸分析患齲病因：刷牙年齡早、刷牙時間長、常喝牛奶是六齡牙的保護因素(OR1,α=0.05)；甜食和甜飲高頻率食用是六齡牙患齲的危險因素(OR1,α=0.05)。結論：烏魯木齊市6-10歲兒童六齡牙患齲較高,女生患齲率高于男生,維吾爾族患齲率高于漢族；烏魯木齊市6-10歲兒童六齡牙萌出率整體略偏滯后,漢族完全萌出率高于維吾爾族；甜食和甜飲是齲病的主要危險因素,早刷牙和正確刷牙可以降低患齲的危險；乳牙患齲是六齡牙患齲的危險因素。預防六齡牙患齲應加強口腔健康教育宣傳,采取適當?shù)凝x病防治措施,普及適齡兒童六齡牙窩溝封閉。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the incidence of dental caries and eruption in primary school students aged 6 to 10 in Urumqi, investigate the risk factors of caries, analyze the etiology of caries, and explore the relevant measures for the prevention and treatment of dental caries in 6-10 years old in Urumqi. Methods: according to the requirements of the third National sampling Survey on Oral Health Epidemiology and Health Education, 1183 pupils aged 6 to 10 years old in 5 primary schools in Urumqi were examined and investigated by cluster sampling. The contents of the questionnaire included the basic situation of children, oral hygiene habits, eating habits, infant feeding patterns, parents' education and income, etc. The results of the examination and questionnaire were statistically analyzed. Results among 1183 children (Wei 429, Han 754), the caries rate of female students (16.54%) was higher than that of boys (11.43%), and that of Uygur nationality (16.78%) was higher than that of Han nationality (11.41%). The eruption rate of sixth instar teeth of Han nationality was higher than that of Uygur nationality (p 0.05) .3Logistic regression analysis showed that the cause of dental caries was earlier than that of brushing teeth, and the total eruption rate was 92.41%, and the complete eruption rate of Han nationality was higher than that of Uygur nationality, Uygur nationality and Han nationality. Drinking milk was the protective factor for sixth instar teeth (OR1, 偽 0. 05), and high frequency consumption of sweet food and sweet drink was the risk factor of dental caries (OR1, 偽 0. 05). Conclusion: the dental caries of 6-10 years old children in Urumqi is higher than that of boys, and the rate of dental caries in Uygur is higher than that of Han nationality, while the rate of eruption of 6-10 years old children in Urumqi is slightly lagging behind, and the incidence of dental caries is higher in girls than in boys, and higher in Uygur than in Han nationality. The rate of complete eruption of Han nationality is higher than that of Uygur, sweet food and sweet drink are the main risk factors of caries, brushing early and correctly brushing teeth can reduce the risk of caries, and caries of primary teeth is the risk factor of caries in sixth instar teeth. The prevention of dental caries at the sixth instar should strengthen the oral health education, take appropriate measures to prevent and cure caries, and popularize the fissures and furrows of the sixth instar children of the right age.
