【摘要】：目的:探討植入扭矩值對種植體初期穩(wěn)定性的影響,并探索達(dá)到種植體初期穩(wěn)定性值的最佳植入扭矩范圍。方法:選取六條純種比格犬,拔除雙側(cè)下頜前磨牙和第一磨牙。拔牙術(shù)后3個月,于雙側(cè)下頜一共植入48枚XIVE種植體。根據(jù)種植體的最大植入扭矩值(ITV)將種植體分為4組:A組12枚,0ITV20N cm;B組12枚,20≤ITV40 Ncm;C組12枚,40 Ncm≤ITV60 Ncm;D組12枚,ITV≥60Ncm。種植體植入后立即測量該種植體的穩(wěn)定性值(ISQ)。結(jié)果:A組與B組、C組、D組之間ISQ值有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05);B組、C組、D組之間ISQ值無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:根據(jù)本研究,只要植入扭矩值達(dá)到20Ncm以上,種植體都能取得良好的初期穩(wěn)定性。植入扭矩值不能全面反映影響種植體初期穩(wěn)定性,應(yīng)聯(lián)合種植體穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)(ISQ值)才能更全面地評估種植體的初期穩(wěn)定性。
