【摘要】：目的探討山羊上頜竇及額竇黏膜的厚度及可承受壓強(qiáng)的差異,并分析造成這種差異的可能原因,為上頜竇提升術(shù)中涉及黏膜問(wèn)題時(shí)提供理論依據(jù)和指導(dǎo)。方法從獲取的每塊黏膜上切取2塊所需大小的黏膜,中性甲醛溶液固定24 h后,將黏膜制成組織切片,用于測(cè)量黏膜厚度,另一塊黏膜用于可承受壓強(qiáng)數(shù)值的測(cè)定,再進(jìn)行二者相關(guān)性的分析,選擇合適的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法和軟件。結(jié)果山羊上頜竇頂、上頜竇底、額竇黏膜厚度分別為(410.03±65.97)、(461.33±91.37)、(216.90±46.47)μm。山羊上頜竇頂、上頜竇底、額竇黏膜可承受壓強(qiáng)分別為(260.08±80.12)、(306.90±94.37)、(121.72±31.72)k Pa。上頜竇頂與額竇、上頜竇底與額竇、上頜竇頂與竇底黏膜的厚度均值之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),可承受壓強(qiáng)均值之間差異也有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論上頜竇頂、底黏膜較額竇黏膜厚度及可承受壓強(qiáng)均大,上頜竇底黏膜較上頜竇頂黏膜厚度和可承受壓強(qiáng)稍偏大,并且竇黏膜可承受壓強(qiáng)與黏膜厚度之間成正相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of the thickness and pressure of maxillary sinus and frontal sinus mucosa in goats, and to analyze the possible causes of the difference, and to provide theoretical basis and guidance when the maxillary sinus is raised with mucosal problems. Methods two pieces of mucosa of the desired size were cut from each piece of mucous membrane. After 24 h fixed with neutral formaldehyde solution, the mucosa was made into sections to measure the thickness of mucosa, and the other piece of mucosa was used to measure the value of withstanding pressure. Then the correlation between the two is analyzed and the appropriate statistical methods and software are selected. Results the mucosal thickness of the top of maxillary sinus, floor of maxillary sinus and frontal sinus was (410.03 鹵65.97), () 461.33 鹵91.37), (216.90 鹵46.47) 渭 m. The acceptable pressures of goat maxillary sinus top, maxillary sinus floor and frontal sinus mucosa were (260.08 鹵80.12), () 306.90 鹵94.37), (121.72 鹵31.72) k Pa.), respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the mean thickness of mucosa between maxillary sinus top and frontal sinus, maxillary sinus floor and frontal sinus, maxillary sinus top and sinus floor mucosa (P0.05), and the mean value of tolerable pressure was also statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the thickness and pressure of maxillary sinus bottom mucosa are larger than that of frontal sinus mucosa, and maxillary sinus bottom mucosa is slightly larger than maxillary sinus top mucosa thickness and tolerance pressure, and there is a positive correlation between sinus mucosa pressure and mucosa thickness.
