【摘要】：目的分析胃幽門螺桿菌感染(Hp)與牙周炎的相關(guān)性,為臨床診治工作提供客觀依據(jù)。方法選取2015年1月-2016年12月的慢性牙周炎患者100例作為病例組,牙周健康的體檢者100例作為對(duì)照組,檢測及分析所有病例組患者的牙周袋深度、牙周退縮、平均牙周袋深度、平均牙周退縮等牙周損害相關(guān)指標(biāo),分析兩組研究對(duì)象的胃內(nèi)Hp感染情況。結(jié)果病例組患者的胃內(nèi)Hp陽性率及DOB水平均顯著高于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);重度慢性牙周炎患者的DOB值及胃內(nèi)Hp陽性率均高于中度慢性牙周炎患者,中度慢性牙周炎患者的DOB值及胃內(nèi)Hp陽性率均高于輕度慢性牙周炎患者,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);直線相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示,慢性牙周炎患者的DOB值與平均牙周袋深度呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),Spearman等級(jí)相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示,慢性牙周炎患者的DOB值與病情等級(jí)呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);Logistic多元回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,重度慢性牙周炎的發(fā)生與病程、DOB值、Hp陽性、平均牙周袋深度具有相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論胃內(nèi)Hp感染與牙周炎的發(fā)生和進(jìn)展具有密切的關(guān)系,其感染程度與牙周炎患者的牙周組織損害程度和疾病嚴(yán)重程度具有相關(guān)性,可能在促進(jìn)牙周炎病情進(jìn)展方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the correlation between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and periodontitis in order to provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 100 cases of chronic periodontitis from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as case group and 100 cases as control group. The periodontal pocket depth, periodontal retreat and mean periodontal pocket depth were measured and analyzed. The relative indexes of periodontal injury such as mean periodontal retraction were analyzed to analyze HP infection in the stomach of the two groups. Results the positive rate of HP and the level of DOB in the stomach of the patients with severe chronic periodontitis were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.05), the DOB and HP positive rate of the patients with severe chronic periodontitis were higher than those of the patients with moderate chronic periodontitis. The DOB and HP positive rate in patients with moderate chronic periodontitis were significantly higher than those in mild chronic periodontitis (P0.05). The DOB value of patients with chronic periodontitis was positively correlated with the mean periodontal pocket depth (P0.05). The results of Spearman grade correlation analysis showed that the DOB value of chronic periodontitis patients was positively correlated with the disease grade (P0.05). The incidence of severe chronic periodontitis was positively correlated with DOB and the mean depth of periodontal bag (P0.05). Conclusion gastric HP infection is closely related to the occurrence and progression of periodontitis, and the degree of infection is correlated with the degree of periodontal tissue damage and the severity of the disease in patients with periodontitis. May play an important role in promoting the progression of periodontitis.
