【摘要】：目的:探討三氧化二砷能否增強(qiáng)順鉑對(duì)口腔癌細(xì)胞的抗瘤活性。方法:以人口腔癌細(xì)胞株HSQ-89為研究對(duì)象,在經(jīng)順鉑處理過(guò)的腫瘤細(xì)胞中加入不同濃度的三氧化二砷,用MTT法測(cè)定計(jì)算腫瘤細(xì)胞的抑制率。結(jié)果:在加入順鉑15μg/mL的口腔癌細(xì)胞珠HSQ-89中加入不同濃度的三氧化二砷0、2.5、5、7.5、10、12.5μmol/mL,腫瘤細(xì)胞的抑制率分別為26.9%、67.5%、73.0%、88.5%、90.4%、98.7%;三氧化二砷與順鉑聯(lián)用,可以提高對(duì)HSQ-89細(xì)胞的抑制率,并呈劑量依賴性增加。結(jié)論:三氧化二砷與順鉑聯(lián)用,對(duì)口腔癌細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)抑制具有協(xié)同效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether arsenic trioxide can enhance the anti-tumor activity of cisplatin on oral cancer cells. Methods: the human oral cancer cell line HSQ-89 was studied. Different concentrations of arsenic trioxide were added to the tumor cells treated with cisplatin. The inhibition rate of tumor cells was measured by MTT method. Results: different concentrations of arsenic trioxide (as _ 2O _ 3) were added to oral cancer cell bead HSQ-89 with cisplatin at 15 渭 mol 路mL ~ (-1). The inhibition rates of tumor cells were 26.97.50 渭 mol 路mL ~ (-1) and 77.50 渭 mol 路mL ~ (-1), respectively, and the inhibition rate of HSQ-89 cells was increased in a dose-dependent manner by the combination of arsenic trioxide and cisplatin. Conclusion: arsenic trioxide combined with cisplatin has synergistic effect on the growth inhibition of oral cancer cells.
