【摘要】：目的:探究富血小板纖維蛋白對阻生齒拔除術(shù)患者疼痛評分及預(yù)后的影響。方法:選擇我院口腔科門診收治的100例阻生齒患者,根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為試驗組及對照組,每組50例,試驗組在阻生齒拔除術(shù)后常規(guī)處理的基礎(chǔ)上于牙窩中放入富含血小板纖維蛋白膜,對照組給予阻生齒拔除術(shù)術(shù)后常規(guī)處理。觀察(1)術(shù)后6、12、24及48 h兩組患者痛視覺模擬評分(VAS)情況;(2)術(shù)后1個月內(nèi)兩組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況;(3)術(shù)后6個月根據(jù)患者口腔健康影響程度量表(OHIP-14)評分情況以評價患者口腔健康情況。結(jié)果:(1)術(shù)后6、12、24及48 h VAS評分試驗組顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。(2)術(shù)后1個月內(nèi),試驗組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。(3)術(shù)后6個月試驗組口腔健康狀況評分較治療前顯著提高(P0.05),且與同期對照組比較有顯著提高(P0.05);對照組治療前后口腔健康狀況評分比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:富血小板纖維蛋白能夠減輕阻生齒拔除術(shù)患者的術(shù)后疼痛,減少患者術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率,提高術(shù)后口腔健康情況。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the effect of platelet rich fibrin on the pain score and prognosis of the patients with impacted tooth extraction. Methods: 100 patients with impacted teeth admitted in our department of Stomatology were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random digital table method. The experimental group was placed on the dental fossa on the basis of the dental fossa on the basis of the routine treatment after the extraction of impacted teeth. Platelet rich fibrin membrane and control group were given routine treatment after extraction of impacted teeth. The pain visual analogue score (VAS) was observed in group 6,12,24 and 48 h after operation (1); (2) the incidence of complications in two groups of patients within 1 months after operation; (3) the evaluation of the patient's oral health impact scale (OHIP-14) score was evaluated at 6 months after operation. Results: (1) the postoperative 6,12,24 and 48 h VAS scores in the test group were significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). (2) the incidence of complications in the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05) in 1 months after the operation. (3) the oral health status score of the test group was significantly higher than that before the treatment (P0.05) (P0.05), and was significantly higher than that of the control group. High (P0.05), compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in oral health status scores before and after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: platelet rich fibrin can reduce postoperative pain in patients with impacted tooth extraction, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve postoperative oral health.
