口內掃描儀實現(xiàn)前牙種植冠修復的新技術

【摘要】:使用口內數(shù)字掃描儀和CAD/CAM軟件設計和制作種植修復體,在植入種植體后數(shù)小時(當天)立即配戴臨時冠,確保了牙齦軟組織只需一次愈合即可達到理想的牙齦頸部形態(tài)。用口內掃描儀獲取印模,避免了用傳統(tǒng)方法直接取模時材料對牙齦組織的刺激。不必再使用愈合基臺,最大程度地減少了其反復旋入和旋出對骨組織造成的創(chuàng)傷。最終種植冠修復體在不對軟組織造成任何創(chuàng)傷的前提下可順利就位。
[Abstract]:The implant prosthesis was designed and made by using an intraoral digital scanner and CAD/CAM software, and a temporary crown was worn hours after implant implantation (on the same day), which ensured that the soft tissue of the gingiva needed only one healing to achieve the ideal gingival neck shape. In order to avoid the stimulation of gingival tissue by the traditional method, the impression was obtained by the intra-oral scanner. The healing abutment is no longer used to minimize the trauma to bone tissue caused by repeated rotation and excursion. The implant crown prosthesis can be successfully placed without any soft tissue injury.
