【摘要】：目的:通過監(jiān)測下頜第三磨牙拔除術(shù)中患者心率變化,評估患者對不同手術(shù)操作過程的焦慮強度。方法:60例患者局麻下行下頜阻生第三磨牙拔除術(shù),手術(shù)過程中持續(xù)監(jiān)測心率。比較麻醉注射、切開翻瓣、渦輪機使用、錘擊、牙挺使用、牙鉗使用、縫合操作過程中患者心率變化以評估其焦慮強度。結(jié)果:麻醉注射、錘擊、牙挺使用、牙鉗使用操作過程中心率明顯升高,且隨著錘擊、牙挺使用操作時間延長心率升高更為明顯。結(jié)論:心率變化顯示患者對麻醉注射、錘擊、牙挺使用、牙鉗使用操作過程焦慮強度較大,且與操作持續(xù)時間相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the anxiety intensity of patients with different surgical procedures by monitoring the heart rate during extraction of mandibular third molars. Methods 60 cases of mandibular impacted third molar extraction were performed under local anesthesia. Heart rate was continuously monitored during operation. Compare the changes in heart rate during anaesthesia injection, open flap, turbine use, hammering, orthodontic, forceps, and suture to assess the intensity of anxiety. Results: the heart rate increased significantly during the operation of dental forceps, and the heart rate increased with the hammering. Conclusion: the change of heart rate showed that the patients had greater anxiety in the operation of anaesthesia injection, hammering, tooth sticking and dental forceps, and it was related to the duration of operation.
