【摘要】：上頜正中孤立中切牙(solitary median maxillary central incisor,SMMCI)是一種比較罕見的牙畸形,是指在上頜牙弓中僅發(fā)育并萌出1顆中切牙且該中切牙位于牙弓的正中,形態(tài)左右對稱,大小與正常中切牙相似,在乳、恒牙列均可見。SMMCI可單獨發(fā)生,也可伴發(fā)其他先天性中線結(jié)構(gòu)畸形,或與一些系統(tǒng)性疾病同時發(fā)生。其中,與前腦無裂畸形(holoprosencephaly,HPE)關(guān)系最為密切。本文報告1例伴有其他中線結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷的上頜正中孤立中切牙病例。并對相關(guān)問題進行討論。
[Abstract]:The isolated central incisor (solitary median maxillary central incisorus) is a rare tooth malformation, which means that only one central incisor develops and erupts in the maxillary arch, and the central incisor is located in the center of the arch, which is symmetrical in shape and similar in size to the normal central incisor. In the primary, SMMCI may occur alone or with other congenital midline malformations, or with some systemic diseases. Among them, the relationship between HPE and HPE is the most close. A case of isolated central maxillary incisor with other midline defects was reported. And related issues are discussed.
