【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用Cariogram齲病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估軟件分析昆明市12歲兒童的個(gè)體患齲風(fēng)險(xiǎn),篩選出其中的患齲高危人群。方法:對(duì)昆明市某小學(xué)200名12歲兒童進(jìn)行口腔臨床和唾液檢查以及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。利用Cariogram齲病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估軟件得出個(gè)體患齲風(fēng)險(xiǎn),根據(jù)患齲風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值將受檢者分為5個(gè)齲危險(xiǎn)組。結(jié)果:200名兒童齲均為0.33±0.79;患齲高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)者占3.5%,患齲低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)者占25%。結(jié)論:昆明市12歲兒童中患齲高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)者占總?cè)藬?shù)的3.5%,齲病預(yù)防工作將以這部分人群為重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the individual caries risk of 12 years old children in Kunming by using Cariogram caries risk assessment software, and to screen out the population at high risk of caries. Methods: 200 children aged 12 years old in a primary school in Kunming were examined with oral cavity, saliva and questionnaire. The individual caries risk was obtained by using Cariogram caries risk assessment software, and the patients were divided into 5 caries risk groups according to the caries risk value. Results the average caries of 200 children were 0.33 鹵0.79, the risk of caries was 3.5and the low risk of caries was 25.5%. Conclusion: children aged 12 years in Kunming are at high risk of caries accounting for 3.5% of the total. The prevention of caries will focus on this part of the population.
