【摘要】：為推動(dòng)我國口腔公共衛(wèi)生工作的發(fā)展,對全國14個(gè)區(qū)縣的調(diào)研和訪談,分析我國口腔公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,并指出口腔公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)體系與機(jī)制尚不健全、工作開展不深入不廣泛是目前存在的兩大問題。經(jīng)過4個(gè)方面的原因分析,提出深入開展口腔健康教育與健康促進(jìn)活動(dòng)、建立口腔公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)體系與機(jī)制、制定口腔公共衛(wèi)生發(fā)展規(guī)劃與工作規(guī)范、將口腔公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)納入基本公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)、多種方式提高基層口腔公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)能力等五項(xiàng)建議。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of oral public health in China, the investigation and interview of 14 districts and counties in China were carried out to analyze the present situation of oral public health service in China, and it was pointed out that the system and mechanism of oral public health service were not perfect. The work is not deep and not extensive is the current existence of two major problems. Through the analysis of four reasons, the author puts forward to carry out oral health education and health promotion activities, to establish the oral public health service system and mechanism, to formulate the development plan and work standard of oral public health. There are five suggestions on how to integrate oral public health service into basic public health service and how to improve the ability of primary oral public health service.
