【摘要】：目的:分析罕見(jiàn)下頜雙側(cè)第二磨牙遠(yuǎn)中牙齦組織對(duì)稱(chēng)萌出的外周性混合性牙瘤臨床特點(diǎn),結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)探討該病發(fā)生機(jī)制。方法:結(jié)合我院確診的罕見(jiàn)下頜雙側(cè)第二磨牙遠(yuǎn)中牙齦組織對(duì)稱(chēng)萌出的外周性混合性牙瘤患者的臨床資料,對(duì)比相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析研究。結(jié)果:該患者沒(méi)有外傷史、特殊感染史及遺傳病史,在下頜雙側(cè)第二磨牙遠(yuǎn)中牙齦組織對(duì)稱(chēng)萌出外周性混合性牙瘤,瘤體無(wú)牙齒形狀,表面光滑不規(guī)則,呈葉狀實(shí)性鈣化團(tuán)塊,與下頜雙側(cè)第二磨牙遠(yuǎn)中鉭面吻合。結(jié)論:青少年牙瘤的發(fā)現(xiàn)更多來(lái)自X線檢查,非創(chuàng)傷、感染、遺傳病史的個(gè)體也可能發(fā)生外周性混合性牙瘤,其萌出力可能借助于磨牙的萌出,對(duì)稱(chēng)發(fā)生較罕見(jiàn),可能與牙胚發(fā)育早期相關(guān)基因表達(dá)或調(diào)控異常有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical features of the rare bilateral mandibular second molars with symmetrical exudation of gingival tissue, and to explore the mechanism of the disease. Methods: the clinical data of the rare bilateral mandibular second molars with symmetrical exudation of gingival tissue were analyzed and compared. Results: the patient had no history of trauma, history of special infection and hereditary disease. The gingival tissue of the mandibular second molar was symmetrically erupted from the gingival tissue. The tumor had no tooth shape, had a smooth and irregular surface, and presented as a leaflike solid calcified mass. The distal tantalum surface of bilateral mandibular second molar was anastomosed. Conclusion: the discovery of odontoma in adolescents may come from X-ray examination, noninvasive, infected, hereditary disease history individuals may also have peripheral mixed odontoma, its eruption force may rely on the eruption of molars, symmetric occurrence is rare. It may be related to abnormal gene expression or regulation in the early stage of tooth germ development.
