氫元素存在形式與鈦表面生物學(xué)活性體外礦化能力研究

【摘要】:目的:研究氫元素存在形式與鈦表面生物學(xué)活性相關(guān)關(guān)系。方法:用硫酸和鹽酸對(duì)噴砂鈦表面進(jìn)行酸蝕(酸蝕組,SLA,n=3),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行加熱處理(450℃)(酸蝕加熱組,SLA+HT,n=3),分析其表面形貌、粗糙度、親水性、表面晶體結(jié)構(gòu)差異。將酸蝕組及加熱組鈦片浸泡于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模擬體液中3 d,比較其體外礦化能力。結(jié)果:酸蝕后鈦表面形成氫化鈦,加熱至450℃時(shí)鈦表面形貌及粗糙度沒(méi)有明顯改變,氫化鈦分解。模擬體液實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果示噴砂酸蝕組于第3天無(wú)明顯羥基磷灰石沉積,加熱組鈦表面有大量羥基磷灰石沉積。結(jié)論:噴砂酸蝕后氫與鈦形成的氫化鈦對(duì)鈦表面生物活性無(wú)明顯促進(jìn)作用;加熱后氫化鈦分解,礦化能力增加。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between the forms of hydrogen and the surface biological activity of titanium. Methods: the surface of sandblasted titanium was etched with sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. The surface morphology, roughness, hydrophilicity and crystal structure were analyzed. The titanium tablets of acid etching group and heating group were immersed in standard simulated body fluid for 3 days to compare their mineralization ability in vitro.
