氟保護(hù)漆抑制酸性含乳飲料對(duì)乳牙釉質(zhì)脫礦的作用

【摘要】:目的:研究氟保護(hù)漆應(yīng)用于乳牙釉質(zhì)表面對(duì)酸性含乳飲料致離體乳牙釉質(zhì)脫礦的抑制作用,闡明氟保護(hù)漆的抗脫礦作用,為氟保護(hù)漆的臨床推廣及嬰幼兒群防提供實(shí)驗(yàn)室依據(jù)。方法:將預(yù)備好的30個(gè)無齲、無明顯裂紋及釉質(zhì)發(fā)育缺陷的乳牙唇側(cè)釉質(zhì)塊隨機(jī)分為人工唾液A組(對(duì)照組)、B組(酸性含乳飲料組)、C組(0.1%氟保護(hù)漆組),每組10個(gè)標(biāo)本。C組標(biāo)本之釉質(zhì)表面用小毛刷均勻涂布氟保護(hù)漆2次,自然晾干45 min。A組置于37℃恒溫的10 mL人工唾液中浸泡4 d。B、C 2組在37℃恒溫水箱中浸泡于10 mL酸性含乳飲料中,浸泡2 min,取出1 min,再浸泡,共9 min。3次/d,共4 d。3組牙釉質(zhì)制作標(biāo)本,應(yīng)用場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電鏡和能譜分析儀,檢測(cè)乳牙釉質(zhì)的表面形態(tài)變化,Ca2+、P3+含量數(shù)值(重量百分比)及Ca2+、P3+比值,采用SPSS 11.5軟件包對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:酸性含乳飲料浸泡可致乳牙釉質(zhì)Ca2+、P3+含量顯著降低(P0.01)。氟保護(hù)漆處理后的釉質(zhì)Ca2+、P3+含量降低程度顯著低于酸性含乳飲料浸泡組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:酸性含乳飲料對(duì)乳牙釉質(zhì)表面有較強(qiáng)的酸蝕脫礦作用。釉質(zhì)表面應(yīng)用氟保護(hù)漆可增加硬度,在一定程度上抑制乳牙釉質(zhì)在酸性含乳飲料中的脫礦,但不能完全抵御飲料的酸蝕。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the inhibitory effect of fluorine protective paint applied on enamel surface of primary tooth on demineralization of isolated primary enamel induced by acidic milk drink, and to elucidate the anti-demineralization effect of fluorine protective paint, and to provide laboratory basis for clinical application of fluoride protective paint and prevention of infant and young children.
