【摘要】：目的采用錐形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)與計(jì)算機(jī)輔助測(cè)量技術(shù)相結(jié)合,測(cè)量分析不同前牙不齊指數(shù)(little’s irregularity index,LII)骨性Ⅱ類錯(cuò)頜畸形下頜前牙區(qū)牙槽骨的厚度。方法選取66例骨性Ⅱ類錯(cuò)頜畸形患者的CBCT影像學(xué)資料,男性32例,女性34例。采用LII指數(shù)對(duì)下頜前牙進(jìn)行輕、中、重度的不同擁擠度分類。使用Mimics 9.0測(cè)量分析軟件測(cè)量下前牙牙根部位冠方、根中的唇舌側(cè)的皮質(zhì)骨厚度,松質(zhì)骨厚度及骨總厚度;根尖處唇舌側(cè)的皮質(zhì)骨厚度、松質(zhì)骨厚度和骨總厚度及根尖處總骨厚度、總松質(zhì)骨厚度。結(jié)果在根尖處總松質(zhì)骨厚度和根尖處舌側(cè)松質(zhì)骨厚度男性女性(P0.05);重度擁擠的冠方唇側(cè)骨總厚度、冠方唇側(cè)皮質(zhì)骨厚度中度、輕度擁擠者(P0.05);重度擁擠的冠方唇側(cè)松質(zhì)骨厚度中度擁擠者(P0.05)。男性、女性的支持骨量和擁擠度間具有一定相關(guān)性(|r|0.3)。結(jié)論下頜前牙區(qū)牙槽厚度與下前牙的擁擠程度存在一定相關(guān)性;除了根尖處總松質(zhì)骨厚度和根尖處舌側(cè)松質(zhì)骨厚度外,下頜前牙的支持骨測(cè)量無性別差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the thickness of the alveolar bone in the mandibular anterior mandibular region of class II malocclusion (little 's irregularity index, LII) of different anterior teeth (little' s irregularity index, LII) by combining the conical beam CT (cone-beam computed tomography, CBCT) with the computer aided measurement technique. Methods the CBCT imaging data of 66 patients with skeletal Class II malocclusion were selected. 32 men and 34 women. The LII index was used to classify the mandibular anterior teeth with light, medium and severe crowding. The thickness of the cortex, the thickness of the cancellous bone, the total thickness of the lip, the thickness of the cancellous bone, the thickness of the cancellous bone, the total thickness of the bone, and the total thickness of the labial side of the root were measured by the Mimics 9 analysis software. Total bone thickness and total cancellous bone thickness at the apex. Results the thickness of the total cancellous bone in the apex and the thickness of the lingual cancellous bone at the apex of the male female (P0.05); the total thickness of the lip and side of the crowns of severe crowding, the moderate thickness of the coronal lip cortex, and the mild crowding (P0.05); the thick crowcrowed lip and lateral cancellous bone thickness of moderate crowding (P0.05). There is a certain correlation between the support bone mass and the crowding degree of women (|r|0.3). Conclusion there is a certain correlation between the thickness of the mandibular anterior teeth and the crowding degree of the lower anterior teeth, and there is no sex difference between the mandibular anterior teeth and the mandibular anterior teeth in addition to the thickness of the total cancellous bone at the root tip and the thickness of the lingual cancellous bone at the root tip.
