【摘要】：目的觀察應(yīng)用鉺激光與傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)切除治療口腔黏液囊腫的療效對比情況。方法選取我院2013年3月至2014年5月在口腔科治療的口腔黏液囊腫患者63例。依據(jù)治療方案的不同分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(32例)及對照組(31例),分別給予鉺激光和傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)切除治療,術(shù)后隨訪2年,比較兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組的臨床總有效率與對照組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者手術(shù)時(shí)間顯著短于對照組,且術(shù)中無出血,術(shù)后出現(xiàn)水腫及瘢痕的發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而兩組術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率比較無明顯差異(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者術(shù)前及術(shù)后3 d的SAS評(píng)分及焦慮抑郁人數(shù)均顯著低于對照組(P0.05),而兩組患者術(shù)后1周的SAS評(píng)分及焦慮抑郁人數(shù)比較差異無顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論鉺激光在治療口腔黏液囊腫的療效與傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)治療相近的情況下,操作簡便,術(shù)后并發(fā)癥少,對患者心理負(fù)面影響較小,患者易于接受,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the curative effect of erbium laser and traditional surgical excision in the treatment of oral mucocele. Methods 63 cases of oral mucocele treated in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014 were selected. 32 cases of experimental group and 31 cases of control group were divided into experimental group (32 cases) and control group (31 cases) according to different treatment schemes. Erbium laser and traditional surgical excision were given respectively. The two groups were followed up for 2 years to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the experimental group was not significantly different from that of the control group (P 0.05), the operative time of the patients in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and there was no bleeding during the operation, and the incidence of edema and scar after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups. The SAS score and the number of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group before and 3 days after operation, and the SAS scores of the two groups at 1 week after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in scores and the number of anxiety and depression (P 0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of erbium laser in the treatment of oral mucocele is similar to that of traditional surgical treatment. It is easy to operate, has fewer postoperative complications, has little negative psychological effect on patients, and is easy to be accepted by patients. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
