氰基丙烯酸鹽增強(qiáng)口腔石膏模型強(qiáng)度的研究

【摘要】:目的探索一種用氰基丙烯酸鹽強(qiáng)化石膏材料的簡(jiǎn)單方法,并研究氰基丙烯酸鹽溶液的濃度對(duì)牙科石膏材料強(qiáng)度的影響。方法將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)石膏樣本制備成35 mm×4 mm×4 mm的長(zhǎng)條形;將氰基丙烯酸正丁酯制成20%和30%的溶液并測(cè)定溶液黏度。將干燥后的牙科石膏樣本浸入氰基丙烯酸正丁酯溶液中8 h,再置于室溫下干燥。檢測(cè)樣品的彈性模量、斷裂韌性、抗壓強(qiáng)度、布氏硬度、雙軸強(qiáng)度,所得的數(shù)據(jù)采用OriginPro 8軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果黏性測(cè)定表明該溶液為牛頓流體,48 h內(nèi)黏性小幅上升,但在室溫下仍接近水,可用于浸潤(rùn)石膏,加強(qiáng)其強(qiáng)度。浸潤(rùn)氰基丙烯酸鹽溶液的石膏具有良好的理化性能,石膏的雙軸強(qiáng)度、斷裂韌性、抗壓強(qiáng)度和布氏硬度分別提高了39%、30%、63%和18%。結(jié)論氰基丙烯酸鹽可以提高石膏模型強(qiáng)度,具有潛在的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a simple method for strengthening gypsum materials with cyanoacrylate and to study the effect of the concentration of cyanoacrylate solution on the strength of dental gypsum materials. Methods the standard gypsum samples were prepared into 35 mm 脳 4 mm long strips and 20% and 30% solutions of n-butyl cyanoacrylate were prepared and the viscosity of the solution was determined. The dried dental gypsum samples were immersed in butyl cyanoacrylate solution for 8 h and then dried at room temperature. The elastic modulus, fracture toughness, compressive strength, Brinell hardness and biaxial strength of the samples were tested. The data were analyzed by OriginPro 8 software. Results the viscosity test showed that the viscosity of the solution increased slightly within 48 h, but it was still close to water at room temperature, which could be used to infiltrate gypsum and strengthen its strength. The gypsum of the impregnated cyanoacrylate solution has good physical and chemical properties. The biaxial strength, fracture toughness, compressive strength and Brinell hardness of the gypsum are increased by 39% 30% and 18% respectively. Conclusion Cyanoacrylate can improve the strength of gypsum model and has potential clinical application value.
