【摘要】：目的應用自酸蝕法和磷酸酸蝕法為低齡兒童處理牙面后行窩溝封閉術,比較窩溝封閉劑的保留率,評價自酸蝕粘接劑與全酸蝕粘接劑在低齡兒童行窩溝封閉術中應用的效果。方法選擇4顆第二乳磨牙完全萌出并無齲壞的兒童67例為研究對象,268顆第二乳磨牙作為試驗牙。采用自身對照的方法,分為4組,右側A組(上頜)、B組(下頜)采用自酸蝕法,左側C組(上頜)、D組(下頜)采用磷酸酸蝕法。術后隨診3、6、12、24個月,比較4組封閉劑的脫落率。結果 A~D四組患牙3、6個月時封閉劑保留率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);第12個月時,A、C組均與D組的封閉劑保留率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但B、D組與A、B、C組之間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);第24個月檢查時,A、B、C組均與D組的封閉劑保留率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但是A、B、C組之間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),下頜全酸蝕組的保留率明顯低于其他三組。結論下頜牙齒更易受唾液污染,使用自酸蝕法可以減少唾液污染產(chǎn)生的影響,提高窩溝封閉劑的保留率,推薦臨床上為低齡患兒使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of self-etching and total acid etching in the treatment of low age children by the method of self-etching and phosphoric acid etching, and to compare the retention rate of sealant and self-etching adhesive in the treatment of young children. Methods Sixty-seven children with complete eruption of the second primary molars and no caries were selected as subjects. 268 second molars were selected as experimental teeth. The patients were divided into 4 groups by autocontrol, right group A (mandible) and left group C (group D) were treated with phosphate acid etching. 6 cases were followed up for 12 months and 24 months after operation. The rate of sealant loss was compared in 4 groups. Results there was no significant difference in the retention rate of sealant between group A and D at 3 and 6 months, but there was no significant difference between group A and group D at the 12th month. At the 24th month, there was a significant difference in the retention rate of the sealant between group C and group D, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. The retention rate of total mandibular acid etching group was significantly lower than that of the other three groups. Conclusion the mandibular teeth are more susceptible to saliva contamination. Self-etching can reduce the influence of saliva contamination and increase the retention rate of sealant. It is recommended that this method should be used clinically for young children.
