【摘要】：間隙分析是對影響牙弓間隙的諸多因素進行綜合定量分析,判斷矯治目標能否達成,從而制訂矯治計劃,指導正畸臨床。影響牙弓間隙的因素主要包括擁擠度、Spee曲線深度、牙弓寬度、頜骨生長發(fā)育、牙弓突度、前后牙軸傾角等。國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究對于這些因素與牙弓間隙的定量分析結(jié)果不一。文中從以上6個方面對間隙分析的新進展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Space analysis is a comprehensive quantitative analysis of many factors affecting the dental arch space to determine whether the target of correction can be achieved so as to formulate an orthodontic plan and guide the orthodontic clinic. The main factors influencing the arch space include the depth of Spee curve, the width of dental arch, the growth and development of jaw, the degree of arch protruding, the angle of anterior and posterior axis inclination, etc. The results of quantitative analysis of these factors and dental arch space were different. In this paper, the new progress in gap analysis is reviewed from the above six aspects.
