【摘要】：齲病是嚴重危害人類口腔健康的主要疾病,具有發(fā)病率高,治療率低,再治療率高等特點。目前,充填修復術仍然是齲病臨床治療的主要方法。隨著微創(chuàng)美學牙科理念的提出,如何合理應用各種治療技術,最大限度地保存牙體組織,實現齲病治療效果的最大化已成為口腔臨床迫切需要解決的問題。此外,臨床上還存在大量的陳舊修復體,這些修復體的再處理也亟待規(guī)范。本文就全身因素、口腔因素、個體齲病易患性、治療技術和材料、陳舊修復體處理,以及技術敏感性等影響齲病臨床治療的難度因素進行分析,并提出針對性的處理策略。
[Abstract]:Caries is a major disease that seriously endangers human oral health. It has the characteristics of high incidence, low treatment rate and high retreatment rate. At present, filling repair is still the main method of clinical treatment of caries. With the development of the concept of minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry, it has become an urgent problem to solve the problem of how to apply all kinds of treatment techniques reasonably, to preserve dental tissue to the maximum extent and to maximize the effect of dental caries treatment. In addition, there are a large number of obsolete prostheses in clinic, and the reprocessing of these restorations needs to be standardized. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the clinical treatment of caries, such as systemic factors, oral factors, individual caries susceptibility, treatment techniques and materials, treatment of obsolete restorations, and technical sensitivity, and puts forward targeted treatment strategies.
