【摘要】：目的·對醫(yī)學院學生口腔健康知識和行為及其與牙周健康狀態(tài)的關系進行調查和分析,研判該人群的整體牙周健康水平。方法·602名的醫(yī)學院學生被隨機納入橫斷面流行病學調查。調查問卷內容包括社會人口學信息、牙周健康相關行為、牙周健康相關知識、自我感覺和父母牙周情況等。同時對受試者指數(shù)牙的各項牙周指數(shù)進行檢測,包括探診深度、臨床附著喪失和探診出血等。結果·570名受試者(16~26歲)完成了全部調查。受試者中,從未使用過牙線者占79.82%;從未接受過牙周潔治者占78.25%。50.25%的指數(shù)牙存在探診出血,僅0.70%的受試者未檢出探診出血,81.05%的受試者被檢出存在一定程度的牙周附著喪失。與女生比較,男生更加易患罹患牙周炎(P=0.027)和牙齦炎(P=0.012)。結論·未發(fā)現(xiàn)可能影響牙周健康的新風險因素。常規(guī)的牙周潔治和口腔衛(wèi)生維護是年輕人群預防牙周炎的重要方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the relationship between oral health knowledge, behavior and periodontal health status of medical students, and to determine the overall periodontal health level. Methods 602 medical students were randomly enrolled in a cross-sectional epidemiological survey. The questionnaire included social demographic information, periodontal health-related behaviors, periodontal health-related knowledge, self-perception and parents' periodontal status. At the same time, the periodontal index of the teeth was measured, including the depth of probing, clinical attachment loss and bleeding. Results 570 subjects, aged 16 to 26, completed the investigation. Among the subjects, 79.82 had never used floss, 78.25.50.25% of the patients had never been treated with periodontal cleaning, only 0.70% of the subjects had no detectable bleeding. 81.05% of the subjects were found to have some degree of periodontal attachment loss. Compared with girls, males were more likely to develop periodontitis (P0. 027) and gingivitis (P0. 012). Conclusion No new risk factors for periodontal health were found. Routine periodontal cleaning and oral hygiene maintenance are important methods to prevent periodontitis in young people.
