【摘要】：目的:分析乳牙錯頜患者的語音功能,研究牙齒結構畸形對語音功能的影響。方法:以60例牙齒錯頜患兒為研究對象,在牙齒錯頜矯治前對其進行語音測試,并將測試結果與患兒語音狀況進行相關分析。結果:OJ,TD-PW與發(fā)音錯誤有關(r=-0.526,r=0.517,P0.05),復合變量OBJ與發(fā)音錯誤有高度統(tǒng)計學相關性(r=-0.633,P0.01)。安氏一類錯頜患兒存在唇齒音、舌尖音、舌尖前音的語音異常,安氏二、三類錯頜患兒存在雙唇音、唇齒音、舌尖音、舌尖前音的語音異常,唇腭裂患兒存在全部的語音異常。結論:錯頜患者的語音功能與舌體位置及前牙覆頜/覆蓋有密切關系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the phonological function of patients with primary malocclusion and to study the effect of dental structural malformation on speech function. Methods: 60 cases of children with dental malocclusion were studied by phonetic test before orthodontic treatment, and the correlation analysis was made between the results of the test and the phonological status of the children. Results the proportion of TD-PW was related to the pronunciation error. The compound variable OBJ was highly correlated with the pronunciation error. Two and three kinds of malocclusion children have abnormal lip tone, tongue tip sound, and cleft lip and cleft palate children have all abnormal phonetic changes. 2, 2 and 3 malocclusion children have the phonetic abnormality of double lip tone, lip tooth sound and tongue tip sound, and the children with cleft lip and palate have all phonetic abnormalities. Conclusion: the phonological function of patients with malocclusion is closely related to the position of tongue and the maxillary / overlay of anterior teeth.
