【摘要】：自牙周GTR概念的提出,人們?yōu)閷?shí)現(xiàn)牙周組織的再生嘗試了多方面材料的研究,但其皆不能達(dá)到理想的效果,關(guān)于組織再生材料的研究仍在繼續(xù)。臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)難以大規(guī)模開展,構(gòu)建合理的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)再生材料的探索有重要意義。本文通過對(duì)牙周GTR的生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)與影響因素進(jìn)行綜述,以期對(duì)今后牙周組織再生治療有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Since the concept of periodontal GTR was put forward, many materials have been studied in order to achieve periodontal tissue regeneration, but none of them can achieve the desired results, and the research on tissue regeneration materials is still continuing. It is difficult for clinical experiments to be carried out on a large scale, and it is of great significance to construct reasonable animal experiments for the exploration of regenerated materials. This article reviews the biological basis and influencing factors of periodontal GTR in order to benefit the treatment of periodontal tissue regeneration in the future.
