【摘要】：正患者男,95 d,因顏面部先天畸形入院,入院查體:左側(cè)面橫裂,裂隙達(dá)左頰部外眥垂線,左側(cè)面下部軟組織發(fā)育不良,左側(cè)口角至耳垂下方有隱裂,雙耳外形輪廓正常,外耳道無狹窄、閉鎖,左耳屏前有一副耳。左側(cè)下頜骨發(fā)育不良,面部不對(duì)稱�？谇粌�(nèi)腭部完整,全口無牙頜。輔助檢查情況:曲而斷層X線片顯示左側(cè)下頜骨升支及體部輕度發(fā)
[Abstract]:For 95 days, the patient was admitted to hospital because of congenital deformity of facial region. Examination was made on the left lateral transverse fissure, the fissure reached the lateral canthus perpendicular to the left cheek, the soft tissue of the lower part of the left side developed dysplasia, the left angle of mouth to the lower lobe of the ear was cracked, and the contour of both ears was normal. The external auditory canal is not narrow, atresia, there is a pair of ears in front of the left ear. Left mandible dysplasia, facial asymmetry. The inner palate of the mouth is intact, and the whole mouth is edentulous. Auxiliary examination: the radiographs showed slight occurrences of the ascending ramus and body of the left mandible.
