【摘要】：目的:比較3種超聲倒預(yù)備尖對(duì)啞鈴型牙根根管峽部預(yù)備成型的差異。方法:120顆由一個(gè)峽部連接2個(gè)主根管的啞鈴型離體上頜前磨牙,隨機(jī)均分成3組(n=40),分別用超聲波配3種倒預(yù)備尖對(duì)根管峽部進(jìn)行倒預(yù)備:1鎳鈦尖RE2,2金剛砂尖Berutti,325#K銼。掃描電鏡評(píng)價(jià)峽部的邊緣質(zhì)量、微裂數(shù)目和類型,采用SPSS 13.0軟件包進(jìn)行Kruskal Wallis Test秩和檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:超聲波配鎳鈦尖RE2組預(yù)備峽部邊緣質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)于金剛砂尖Berutti組和25#K銼組(P=0.003);微裂數(shù)目少于金剛砂尖Berutti組和25#K銼組(P=0.003);3組間微裂類型無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.830)。結(jié)論:超聲波配合鎳鈦尖RE2倒預(yù)備更適用于預(yù)備根管峽部。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the difference of three kinds of ultrasonic preparation tips in root canal isthmus of dumbbell-shaped teeth. Methods one hundred and twenty dumbbell-shaped maxillary premolars connected by one isthmus and two main root canals were randomly divided into three groups. The root canal isthmus was prepared with ultrasonic wave and three kinds of inverted apices, respectively. The Beruttion 325#K file was used to prepare the isthmus of root canal. The edge quality, the number and type of microcleavage of isthmus were evaluated by scanning electron microscope. The rank sum test of Kruskal Wallis Test was performed by SPSS 13.0 software package. Results: the edge quality of the prepared isthmus in the RE2 group was better than that in the Emery tip Berutti group and the 25 #K file group, and the number of microcracks was less than that in the Emery tip Berutti group and the 25 #K file group. Conclusion: ultrasonic wave combined with nickel-titanium tip RE2 inversion preparation is more suitable for root canal isthmus preparation.
