【摘要】：目的研究西帕依固齦液聯(lián)合西吡氯銨治療口腔念珠菌感染的療效。方法選擇102例口腔念珠菌感染的患者作為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為給予西帕依固齦液聯(lián)合西吡氯銨治療的觀察組和單獨使用西吡氯銨治療的對照組,觀察口腔感染指標(biāo)、不良反應(yīng)情況及應(yīng)激相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果觀察組的口腔疼痛評分、黏膜萎縮評分、黏膜紅斑評分、鏡檢陽性例數(shù)以及血糖水平、HAMA評分、HAMD評分均低于對照組,血清胰島素水平高于對照組(均P0.05);觀察組發(fā)生口腔黏膜充血、喉頭刺激癥狀例數(shù)與對照組的差異不具有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論西帕依固齦液聯(lián)合西吡氯銨治療能有效控制口腔感染、緩解應(yīng)激狀態(tài),且不良反應(yīng)小。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the efficacy of cippanyl gingival fluid combined with cepiramide in the treatment of oral candida infection. Methods 102 patients with oral Candida infection were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group treated with cippanyl gingival fluid and the control group treated with cipiramide alone, and the indexes of oral infection were observed. Adverse reactions and stress-related indicators. Results the oral pain score, mucosal atrophy score, mucosal erythema score, positive cases of microscopic examination and Hama score and Hamd score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The serum insulin level was higher than that in the control group (all P0.05A), and the cases of oral mucosal congestion and laryngeal irritation in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Cipayl gingival fluid combined with cepiramide can effectively control oral infection, relieve stress state, and have little adverse reaction.
