三種藥物預(yù)防和治療早期牙酸蝕癥效果的比較研究

【摘要】:目的本實(shí)驗(yàn)主要通過(guò)離體牙的體外實(shí)驗(yàn),觀察奧威爾牙齒脫敏劑、多樂(lè)氟、碳酸氫鈉礦化液對(duì)早期釉質(zhì)酸蝕癥再礦化及抗酸能力的影響,從而探索出一種再礦化及抗酸效果均較好的制劑,為臨床上預(yù)防和治療早期牙釉質(zhì)脫礦提供有力的實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法選擇華北理工大學(xué)博創(chuàng)口腔醫(yī)院頜面外科拔除的無(wú)齲后牙60顆,制備成4mm×4mm的釉質(zhì)樣本120個(gè),隨機(jī)分為8組,每組15個(gè)。①再礦化實(shí)驗(yàn):釉質(zhì)標(biāo)本經(jīng)可口可樂(lè)浸泡脫礦后再用奧威爾牙齒脫敏劑(A組)、多樂(lè)氟(B組)、碳酸氫鈉礦化液(C組)、去離子水對(duì)照組(D組)局部處理7天;②抗酸實(shí)驗(yàn):經(jīng)奧威爾牙齒脫敏劑(E組)、多樂(lè)氟(F組)、碳酸氫鈉礦化液(G組)、去離子水對(duì)照組(H組)局部處理7天后,再經(jīng)可口可樂(lè)浸泡脫礦。兩組實(shí)驗(yàn)均應(yīng)用掃描電鏡、原子力顯微鏡、X射線能譜儀、顯微硬度計(jì)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),從釉質(zhì)表面形態(tài)、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、粗糙度、無(wú)機(jī)物含量和顯微硬度等方面進(jìn)行結(jié)果分析,評(píng)估三種藥物對(duì)釉質(zhì)的再礦化和抗酸能力。③采用SPSS17.0單因素方差分析對(duì)各組數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行兩兩比較。結(jié)果1.掃描電鏡觀察結(jié)果:再礦化實(shí)驗(yàn)后,A、B、C各組均有礦物質(zhì)沉積于釉質(zhì)表面凹陷內(nèi),D組無(wú)明顯變化;抗酸實(shí)驗(yàn)后,E、F、G、H各組釉質(zhì)表面出現(xiàn)不同程度的破壞,H組脫礦凹陷明顯。2.原子力顯微鏡觀測(cè)結(jié)果:再礦化實(shí)驗(yàn)后,A、B、C組釉質(zhì)表面呈現(xiàn)不同形態(tài)礦物質(zhì)沉積,A組沉積物較另兩組更規(guī)則明顯,但D組仍呈典型釉質(zhì)脫礦表現(xiàn),A組凹陷深度顯著小于B、C、D組(P0.05),A、B組粗糙度顯著小于C、D組(P0.05),但A、B組間無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05);抗酸實(shí)驗(yàn)后,E、F、G、H各組釉質(zhì)表面出現(xiàn)不同程度的脫礦凹陷,E組凹陷明顯淺于其他三組(P0.05),E、F組粗糙度明顯小于G、H組(P0.05),但E、F組間無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05)。3.能譜分析結(jié)果:再礦化實(shí)驗(yàn)后,A組的Ca2+、P3+含量都高于其他實(shí)驗(yàn)組(P0.05),但各組間Ca/P無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05);抗酸實(shí)驗(yàn)后,E組的Ca2+、P3+含量高于其它實(shí)驗(yàn)組(P0.05),F組Ca/P明顯低于E組(P0.05),而其他三組見(jiàn)未見(jiàn)明顯差異(P0.05)。4.釉質(zhì)表面顯微硬度變化:再礦化實(shí)驗(yàn)和抗酸實(shí)驗(yàn)后,奧威爾牙齒脫敏劑組(A、E組)的顯微硬度均優(yōu)于實(shí)驗(yàn)中其他各組(P0.05)。結(jié)論1奧威爾牙齒脫敏劑、多樂(lè)氟和碳酸氫鈉礦化液三種藥物均可促進(jìn)釉質(zhì)再礦化、提高釉質(zhì)抗酸能力。2經(jīng)奧威爾牙齒脫敏劑、多樂(lè)氟處理后的釉質(zhì)表面粗糙度相似。3奧威爾牙齒脫敏劑在促進(jìn)釉質(zhì)再礦化和提高釉質(zhì)抗酸能力的方面均優(yōu)于多樂(lè)氟和碳酸氫鈉再礦化液。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of Orwell's tooth desensitizer, dolafur and sodium bicarbonate on the remineralization and anti-acid ability of early enamel acid etching.Thus, a new preparation with good effect of remineralization and acid resistance was developed, which provides a powerful experimental basis for clinical prevention and treatment of early enamel demineralization.Methods A total of 60 caries-free posterior teeth were extracted from maxillofacial surgery in Bochuang Oral Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology. 120 enamel samples of 4mm 脳 4mm were prepared and randomly divided into 8 groups.The enamel samples were treated with Orwell tooth desensitizer group A, Dorafur group B, sodium bicarbonate group C, deionized water group D) for 7 days.2 Anti-acid experiment: after 7 days of local treatment with Orwell's tooth desensitizer group E, Dorafur group F, sodium bicarbonate group G, deionized water control group (H group) for 7 days, then decalcified with Coca Cola.Scanning electron microscope, atomic force microscope (AFM) X-ray spectrometer and microhardness meter were used to test the results of the two groups of experiments. The results were analyzed from the aspects of enamel surface morphology, microstructure, roughness, inorganic content and microhardness.To evaluate the remineralization and acid resistance of three drugs to enamel. 3 the data of each group were compared by SPSS17.0 univariate ANOVA.Result 1.The results of scanning electron microscope observation showed that there was no obvious change of mineral deposit in group D in enamel surface depression after remineralization test, but there was different degree of destruction on enamel surface in each group after acid resistance test. The demineralization depression of group H was obvious.Atomic force microscope (AFM) observation: after the remineralization experiment, the enamel surface of group A was more regular than that of the other two groups, and the surface of enamel in group A was more regular than that in group A with different forms of mineral deposits.However, typical demineralization of enamel in group D showed that the depth of depression in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P 0.05), but the roughness of group B was significantly lower than that of group C (D), but there was no significant difference between group A and B (P 0.05A).The roughness of E group was obviously lower than that of other three groups. The roughness of group F was obviously lower than that of group G H, but there was no significant difference between group E and group F (P 0.05 路3).The results of energy spectrum analysis showed that the content of Ca2 P 3 in group A was higher than that in other experimental groups, but there was no significant difference in Ca/P between groups, and the content of Ca2 P 3 3 in group E was significantly higher than that in group F (P 0.05), but the content of Ca/P in group E was significantly lower than that in group E (P 0.05).In the other three groups, there was no significant difference (P 0.05. 4).The changes of surface microhardness of enamel: the microhardness of Orwell's tooth desensitizer group was better than that of other groups (P 0.05) after remineralization test and acid resistance test.Conclusion (1) Orwell's tooth desensitizer, dolafur and sodium bicarbonate can promote enamel remineralization and improve enamel's acid-resistant ability by orwell's tooth desensitizer.The surface roughness of enamel treated with dollofluoride was similar. 3. 3. Orwell tooth desensitizer was superior to Dorafur and sodium bicarbonate in promoting enamel remineralization and improving enamel acid resistance.
