【摘要】：目的:探討潮汕人群第一前磨牙牙本質(zhì)天冬氨酸消旋化比率推斷年齡的準(zhǔn)確性。方法:收集潮汕人群第一前磨牙標(biāo)本60例,利用高效液相色譜法檢測其牙本質(zhì)內(nèi)天冬氨酸消旋化(D/L)比率,并與實際年齡建立回歸方程;再用3例另外收集的牙本質(zhì)標(biāo)本檢驗方程的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果:潮汕人群第一前磨牙牙本質(zhì)天冬氨酸消旋化(D/L)比率與年齡高度正相關(guān)(P0.001),相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.967,消旋化速率k=6.0×10~(-4)/年,推斷年齡誤差SE=2.60歲。3例驗證標(biāo)本的誤差分別是-0.3歲,+1.6歲,-2.2歲。結(jié)論:潮汕人群第一前磨牙牙本質(zhì)天冬氨酸消旋化(D/L)比率可以準(zhǔn)確推斷年齡。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the accuracy of Chaoshan population first molar dentin aspartic acid racemization ratio to estimate age. Methods: collected Chaoshan population of first premolar specimens in 60 cases, the detection of dentin in aspartic acid racemization by high performance liquid chromatography (D/L) ratio, and the regression equation is established with the actual age; and 3 cases were also collected dentin specimens test the accuracy of the equation. Results: Chaoshan population first premolar dentin aspartic acid racemization (D/L) ratio and the age of highly positive correlation (P0.001), correlation coefficient r=0.967, racemization rate k= 6 * 10~ (-4) / year, age SE=2.60 years old.3 error inference error Verify samples are -0.3 years, +1.6 years, -2.2 years old. Conclusion: Chaoshan population first molar dentin aspartic acid racemization (D/L) ratio can accurately estimate the age.
