【摘要】：目的比較臨床常用的幾種玻璃陶瓷拋光工具對CEREC Blocs陶瓷的拋光效果,為臨床拋光工具的選擇提供依據(jù)。方法制作60個陶瓷試件,隨機分為6組(n=10),進行不同的表面處理。G組:釉膏上釉;SF組:使用松風Porcelain Adjustment Kit+Cera Master組合拋光;3M組:使用3M Sof-LexTM Discs套裝拋光;Tob組:使用道邦玻璃陶瓷套裝拋光;EVE組:使用EVE DIAPRO套裝拋光;Ivo組:使用義獲嘉偉瓦登特Optra Fine?套裝拋光。測量各組試件表面粗糙度值Ra、Rz并作統(tǒng)計分析,通過掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀測試件并對其表面形態(tài)作定性分析。結果 G、3M、SF、Ivo、EVE、Tob組的拋光后Ra值分別為(0.069±0.008)、(0.073±0.009)、(0.223±0.025)、(0.229±0.022)、(0.491±0.093)、(0.763±0.067)μm,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學分析,Ra值從小到大依次為G和3M組SF和Ivo組EVE組Tob組,其中G組與3M組、SF組與Ivo組的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),其余各組間差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。Rz值統(tǒng)計結果與Ra值一致。SEM觀察結果與粗糙度值的統(tǒng)計結果一致。結論不同拋光工具對CEREC Blocs陶瓷的拋光效果不同,本實驗條件下,Sof-LexTM Discs套裝拋光表面最光滑,效果近似釉膏上釉。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the clinical effect of polishing several glass ceramic polishing tools for CEREC Blocs ceramics, provide the basis for clinical choice. The polishing tool making 60 ceramic specimens were randomly divided into 6 groups (n=10), surface treatment of different.G groups: the glaze paste glazed; group SF: the use of wind Porcelain Adjustment Kit+Cera Master 3M Sof-LexTM polishing; group 3M: Discs package using polishing; group Tob: daobang glass ceramic package use polishing; group EVE: EVE DIAPRO package using polishing; group Ivo: the use of justice Huojia Valerie Vaden Te Optra Fine? Set polishing. Measured specimen surface roughness values of Ra, Rz and statistical analysis. By scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation of the specimens and makes a qualitative analysis on the surface morphology. The results of G, 3M, SF, Ivo, EVE, Tob group after polishing Ra = (0.069 + 0.008), (0.073 + 0.009), (0.223 + 0.025), (0.229 + 0.022), (0.491 + 0. 093), (0.763 + 0.067) m, by statistical analysis, the lowest Ra value were G and SF in 3M group and Ivo group EVE group Tob group, G group and 3M group, there was no significant difference between SF group and Ivo group (P0.05), other groups there were statistically significant differences (P0.05) the value of.Rz system in line with the values of Ra.SEM observation results and statistical roughness. Conclusion different polishing tool polishing effect on CEREC Blocs ceramics, under the experimental conditions, Sof-LexTM Discs set the most polished surface is smooth, the effect of glaze paste approximate glaze.
