【摘要】：目的了解中國35~44歲成年人和65~74歲老年人看牙、洗牙、刷牙、使用含氟牙膏4種預防性口腔行為水平及達到《中國居民口腔健康指南》推薦標準情況。方法采用多階段分層隨機整群抽樣方法,對全國23 271名35~44歲成年人和8 902名65~74歲老年人就上述4種口腔衛(wèi)生行為進行問卷調(diào)查,采用描述性統(tǒng)計分析方法對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行分析。結(jié)果中國35~44歲居民達到《指南》推薦的"每年進行1次口腔檢查"、"每年洗牙1次"、"早晚刷牙"、"使用含氟牙膏刷牙"4種口腔衛(wèi)生行為的人數(shù)比例分別為8.4%、2.3%、36.3%和42.3%,65~74歲居民達到標準的人數(shù)比例分別為12.1%、1.5%、22.1%和32.5%;城市居民4種口腔行為達到推薦標準的人數(shù)比例均高于農(nóng)村居民(P0.05);每年口腔檢查、早晚刷牙、使用含氟牙膏行為達標比例均為東部地區(qū)中部地區(qū)西部地區(qū)(P0.05);女性口腔檢查和早晚刷牙情況好于男性(P0.05);不同地區(qū)、性別居民洗牙情況差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論當前中國成年人和老年人的4種口腔衛(wèi)生行為達到《指南》推薦標準的人群比例均較低,并以農(nóng)村地區(qū)、西部地區(qū)、男性最為突出,應采取及時有效的干預措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the dentistry, washing and brushing of 35 44-year-old adults and 6574-year-olds in China. Four kinds of preventive oral behavior levels with fluorinated toothpaste were used and the status of meeting the recommended standards of the guidelines for Oral Health of Chinese residents was achieved. Methods Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling was used. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 23,271 adults aged 35 to 44 years old and 8 902 elderly people aged 65 to 74 years in China on the above four oral hygiene behaviors. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the results of the survey. Results the 35 and 44 year old residents in China reached the recommended "oral examination once a year", "washing teeth once a year", "brushing teeth in the morning and evening", "brushing teeth with fluoride toothpaste" and "brushing teeth with fluoride toothpaste". "the proportion of people with four kinds of oral hygiene behaviors are respectively 8.4% and 2.36.3% and 42.30.65% and 6574 years old respectively. The proportion of residents who have reached the standard are 12.1and 1.5% and 32.5%, respectively; the proportion of people living up to the recommended standards for the four kinds of oral behaviors of urban residents is higher than that of rural residents (P0.05%). In the morning and evening, the rate of using fluoride toothpaste reached the standard of P0.05 in the central and western areas of the eastern region; the oral examination and brushing in the morning and evening of the female were better than that of the male in the morning and evening. There was no significant difference in dental cleaning among male and female residents (P 0.05). Conclusion at present, the proportion of the four oral hygiene behaviors of adults and elderly people in China is lower, especially in rural areas and western regions, where males are the most prominent. Timely and effective interventions should be taken.
