制作方法對(duì)鈷鉻合金金瓷結(jié)合性能的影響

【摘要】:目的比較鑄造鈷鉻合金與選區(qū)激光熔化(SLM)鈷鉻合金金瓷結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的差異。方法用鑄造法和SLM技術(shù)制作鈷鉻合金試件各10個(gè),在中間1/3區(qū)域熔附瓷粉,采用剪切力試驗(yàn)測(cè)試金瓷結(jié)合強(qiáng)度并觀察斷裂類型。采用SPSS 13.0軟件中的t檢驗(yàn)對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果鑄造組、SLM組剪切力分別為(33.11±4.98)、(30.94±5.98)MPa,二者間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。樣本的斷裂類型為復(fù)合斷裂。結(jié)論 SLM鈷鉻合金修復(fù)體精密度較高,其金瓷結(jié)合強(qiáng)度與鑄造鈷鉻合金相近。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the bonding strength between cast cobalt-chromium alloy and selective laser melting (SLM) cobalt-chromium alloy. Methods 10 cobalt-chromium alloy specimens were made by casting method and SLM technique, and the ceramic powder was fused in the middle 1 / 3 region. The shear stress test was used to test the bonding strength of metal-porcelain and the fracture type was observed. The results were statistically analyzed by t test in SPSS 13.0 software. Results the shear stress of casting group was 30.94 鹵5.98 MPA, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The fracture type of the sample is complex fracture. Conclusion the precision of SLM cobalt-chromium alloy prosthesis is high. Its metal-porcelain bonding strength is close to that of cast cobalt chromium alloy.
