【摘要】：目的:分析比較僅由天然牙支持的套筒冠覆蓋義齒和種植體-天然牙聯(lián)合支持的套筒冠覆蓋義齒修復(fù)下頜多數(shù)牙缺失時(shí)基牙、牙周膜、牙槽骨、義齒及義齒下黏膜的應(yīng)力分布情況.方法:通過三維有限元分析法,建立2個(gè)生物力學(xué)模型:僅由2顆尖牙支持的套筒冠義齒修復(fù)下頜缺失牙模型(Model 1)和由種植體-天然牙聯(lián)合支持的套筒冠義齒修復(fù)下頜缺失牙模型(Model 2),在垂直載荷下分析比較2種套筒冠義齒基牙、牙周膜、牙槽骨、義齒及義齒下黏膜的應(yīng)力分布情況.結(jié)果:與Model 1相比,Model 2中基牙的位移、基牙及其周圍牙周膜、牙槽骨、修復(fù)體及修復(fù)體下方的黏膜所受的應(yīng)力均減小,而種植體所受的應(yīng)力較大.結(jié)論:在游離端缺牙區(qū)補(bǔ)充性地植入2枚種植體,并與天然牙聯(lián)合支持套筒冠義齒對多數(shù)缺失牙進(jìn)行修復(fù),可保護(hù)余留牙及其周圍支持組織,可減輕修復(fù)體所承擔(dān)的應(yīng)力,從生物力學(xué)的角度來說是一種有價(jià)值的修復(fù)手段.
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze and compare the restoration of abutment, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone with implant-natural denture supported by implant-natural crown overdenture and implant-natural crown overdenture. Stress distribution of denture and subdenture mucosa. Two biomechanical models were established: model 1 for restoration of mandibular missing teeth with only 2 canine crown dentures and model 2 for restoration of mandibular missing teeth with implant-natural denture. The abutment teeth of two kinds of sleeve crown dentures were analyzed and compared with each other. Stress distribution of periodontal ligament, alveolar bone, denture and subdenture mucosa. Results: compared with Model 1, the displacement of abutment, the stress of abutment and its surrounding periodontal ligament, alveolar bone, prosthesis and the mucosa beneath prosthesis were decreased. Conclusion: two implants were implanted in the free end region of the implant, and the prostheses were supported by the crown denture of natural teeth, which can protect the residual teeth and their surrounding supporting tissues. It can reduce the stress of the prosthesis and is a valuable method from the biomechanical point of view.
