【摘要】：目的:精確測量正常腮腺和頜下腺體積,建立其正常值,并將其應用于IgG4相關唾液腺炎腺體腫大的診斷。方法:參照中華醫(yī)學會老年醫(yī)學會和WHO(2000年)提出的年齡分組標準,通過CT容積重建的方法,測量240例受檢者正常腮腺和頜下腺的體積,得出不同性別和年齡組正常值。測量30例IgG4相關唾液腺炎患者腫大的腮腺和頜下腺體積,并與正常值范圍相比較。結果:CT容積重建方法用于測量腮腺和頜下腺的體積具有較好的重復性。可得出不同年齡和性別人類腮腺和頜下腺體積正常值范圍,其中腮腺正常值(95%CI)為:青少年組男性16.993~20.975 cm3,女性13.908~16.696 cm3;青年組男性20.015~24.359 cm3,女性18.089~21.135 cm3;中年組男性28.638~35.122 cm3,女性19.588~22.474 cm3;年輕老年及老年組男性28.792~35.082 cm3,女性28.783~34.909 cm3。頜下腺正常值(95%CI)為:青少年組男性7.202~8.852 cm3,女性6.494~8.126 cm3;青年組男性7.759~9.523 cm3,女性7.285~8.605 cm3;中年組男性8.423~10.177 cm3,女性7.905~9.309 cm3;年輕老年及老年組男性8.310~10.510 cm3,女性7.003~8.203 cm3。隨著年齡的增加,腮腺體積逐漸增加,頜下腺體積變化不明顯。IgG4相關唾腺炎患者腮腺和頜下腺腫大時其體積與同年齡、同性別組正常值相比明顯增加。結論:CT容積重建的方法可以精確測量腮腺和頜下腺的體積,本研究建立的不同年齡和性別組人腮腺和頜下腺體積的正常值可應用于腮腺和頜下腺腫大的診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to accurately measure the volume of normal parotid gland and submandibular gland, establish the normal value and apply it to the diagnosis of salivary adenitis glandular enlargement associated with IgG4. Methods: according to the age grouping standard proposed by the Chinese Medical Association and WHO (2000), The volume of normal parotid gland and submandibular gland was measured by CT volume reconstruction, and the normal values of different sex and age group were obtained. The volume of enlarged parotid gland and submandibular gland was measured in 30 patients with IgG4 associated salivary adenitis. Results the volume of parotid gland and submandibular gland was measured by using the volume reconstruction method of CT. The normal range of volume of human parotid gland and submandibular gland of different ages and genders can be obtained by using the method of volume reconstruction of the volume of parotid gland and submandibular gland. The normal value of parotid gland was 16.993n 20.975 cm ~ 3 for male and 16.696 cm ~ (-3) for female, 20.015 ~ 24.359 cm ~ 3 for male, 18.089 ~ 21.135 cm ~ 3 for female in youth group, 28.638 ~ 35.122 cm ~ 3 for male and 19.58822.474 cm ~ 3 for female in middle age group, 28.7922 ~ 35.082 cm ~ 3 for male and 28.783334.909 cm ~ 3 for female. The normal value of submandibular gland in young group was 28.78334.909 cm ~ (3). In juvenile group, male group was 7.2023 / 8.852 cm ~ (3), female group was 6.494 / 8.126 cm ~ (3), youth group was 7.759 ~ 9.523 cm ~ (3), female was 7.285 ~ 8.605 cm ~ (3), middle age group was 8.423 / 10.177 cm ~ (3) and female was 7.905 / 9.309 cm ~ (3), young and old age group was 8.31 10 / 510 cm ~ (3) and female was 7.0033n / 8 ~ (3) cm ~ (3). The volume of parotid gland increased gradually, but the volume of submandibular gland did not change obviously. The volume of parotid gland and submandibular gland enlarged in patients with salivary gland associated with IgG4 was the same age. ConclusionThe volume reconstruction of the parotid gland and the submandibular gland can be accurately measured by the volume reconstruction of the volume of the parotid gland and the submandibular gland. The normal values of the volume of parotid gland and submandibular gland in different age and sex groups can be used in the diagnosis of parotid gland and submandibular gland enlargement.
