【摘要】：目的評(píng)估牙周—正畸聯(lián)合治療對(duì)成人牙周病患者切牙區(qū)美學(xué)重建的作用。方法選擇13例患者接受牙周基礎(chǔ)治療及正畸治療,在全口潔治后獲得統(tǒng)一基線,在牙周基礎(chǔ)治療后3個(gè)月及正畸治療結(jié)束對(duì)13例患者的102顆切牙進(jìn)行牙周臨床檢查,比較治療前后的差異。檢查項(xiàng)目包括:探診深度(PD),每顆牙檢查6個(gè)位點(diǎn),102顆切牙共612個(gè)位點(diǎn);探診出血(BOP),每顆牙檢查頰、舌兩個(gè)位點(diǎn),共204個(gè)位點(diǎn);齦乳頭指數(shù)(PI)和齦乳頭高度(PH),共128個(gè)齦乳頭。結(jié)果牙周基礎(chǔ)治療3個(gè)月后,79.58%(487/612)的位點(diǎn)PD≤3 mm,88.73%(181/204)的位點(diǎn)BOP陰性,較基線時(shí)[分別為26.31%(161/612)和22.06%(45/204)]明顯改善。正畸治療前,僅8個(gè)齦乳頭的PI為Ⅲ級(jí),齦乳頭完全充盈牙間隙,21個(gè)為Ⅱ級(jí);正畸治療結(jié)束后,51個(gè)齦乳頭的PI達(dá)到Ⅲ級(jí),68個(gè)齦乳頭的PI達(dá)到Ⅱ級(jí)。PH由正畸治療前的(1.69±0.57)mm增加到治療后的(2.84±0.62)mm,治療前后的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論牙周—正畸聯(lián)合治療有利于成人牙周病患者切牙區(qū)的美學(xué)重建。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of combined periodontal and orthodontic treatment on aesthetic reconstruction of incisor region in adult patients with periodontal disease. Methods 13 patients were selected to receive periodontal basic treatment and orthodontic treatment, and a unified baseline was obtained after complete oral scaling. 102 incisors of 13 patients were examined 3 months after basic periodontal treatment and the end of orthodontic treatment. The differences before and after treatment were compared. The examination items included: probing depth and PD, 102 incisors with 6 sites per tooth, BOPU with two loci of buccal and tongue for each tooth, 204 loci for each tooth.
