【摘要】：目的：觀察犬上頜前牙區(qū)在人工模擬殘根后周圍牙齦軟組織的自我修復(fù)能力。 方法：在犬的上頜前牙區(qū)（右上頜側(cè)切牙,左上頜中切牙）制造殘根模型，將牙冠磨至齦緣下約平齊牙槽嵴頂水平，避免磨損牙齦軟組織，術(shù)后第1,3,4,5周觀察其牙齦生長情況，測量齦乳頭至鄰牙牙尖頂?shù)木嚯x、齦乳頭至鄰牙牙尖頂?shù)乃矫娴拇怪本嚯x、齦緣中點至鄰牙牙尖頂?shù)木嚯x、齦緣中點至鄰牙牙尖頂?shù)乃矫娴拇怪本嚯x。利用SPSS軟件對測量的實驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)繪圖分析。 結(jié)果：術(shù)后第4周增生的軟組織基本長滿殘根斷面，術(shù)后第5周新生的軟組織與正常牙齦在顏色、質(zhì)地上基本一致。通過統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析在觀察周期內(nèi)牙齦軟組織增生的總體趨勢是朝著增生方向發(fā)展。 結(jié)論：牙齦在無損傷的情況下具有一定的自我修復(fù)能力。4周時殘根周圍的牙齦軟組織可基本完成修復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the self-repairing ability of gingival soft tissue around the maxillary anterior teeth in dogs. Methods: the residual root model was made in the canine maxillary anterior incisor (right maxillary lateral incisor, left maxillary central incisor). The crown was ground to the top of the alveolar crest under the gingival margin to avoid abrasion of the soft tissue of the gingival. The gingival growth was observed at the 1st week and the 3rd week after operation. The distance from the gingival papilla to the cusp of the adjacent tooth, the vertical distance from the gingival papilla to the cusp of the adjacent tooth, and the distance from the midpoint of the gingival margin to the cusp of the adjacent tooth were measured. The vertical distance from the midpoint of the gingival margin to the horizontal plane of the cusp of the adjacent teeth. The measured experimental data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results: at the 4th week after operation, the proliferative soft tissue was basically covered with the residual root section, and the new soft tissue and the normal gingiva were in color at the 5th week after operation. Through statistical analysis, the general trend of gingival soft tissue hyperplasia in the observation cycle is toward the direction of proliferation. Conclusion: the gingival soft tissue around the residual root can be repaired basically at 4. 4 weeks.
