兩種樹脂樁修復方法對漏斗狀根管粘接強度的影響

【摘要】:目的對比同種樹脂直接法與間接法制成的石英纖維樁修復漏斗狀根管在不同截面上纖維樁樹脂復合結構與根管牙本質間微推出的粘接強度,為臨床應用提供依據。方法收集大小相近完整的上中切牙22顆,隨機分為2組,預備成漏斗狀根管,一組用直接法完成石英纖維樹脂樁修復,另一組用間接法完成石英纖維樹脂樁修復。兩組中各隨機抽取1顆制成切片后,用掃描電鏡觀察試件纖維樁樹脂復合結構與牙本質界面圖像;其余用于微推出實驗,制成切片后用微推出方法檢測兩種方法粘接強度的大小,分析樁的制作方法和牙根不同部位對于纖維樁樹脂復合結構與根管牙本質微推出粘接強度的影響。結果直接法與間接法制成石英纖維樁修復漏斗狀根管時,樁的制作方法及牙根不同部位這兩個因素對纖維樁樹脂復合結構與根管牙本質間微推出粘接強度均有顯著性影響(P0.001),兩個因素之間交互作用對粘接強度影響顯著(P0.001)。結論間接法制成石英纖維樁修復漏斗狀根管中根頸部、根中部、根尖部的纖維樁樹脂復合結構與根管牙本質間微推出粘接強度均分別顯著高于直接法;間接法組:根頸部的粘接強度顯著高于根中部,根中部的粘接強度顯著高于根尖部;直接法組:根頸部的粘接強度顯著高于根中部與根尖部,根中部與根尖部的粘接強度沒有顯著差異。通過掃描電鏡圖像顯示:兩種方法的相同部位中,間接法纖維樁樹脂復合結構與牙本質間的間隙要小于直接法。相同方法中,從根頸部到根尖部樁與牙本質間的間隙逐漸擴大。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the bonding strength between the resin composite structure of the funnel-shaped root canal repaired by the quartz fiber pile and the interdentin between the root canal and the dentine of the same resin directly and indirectly. Methods 22 upper central incisors of similar size were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups, which were prepared to be funnel-shaped root canals. In the other group, the quartz fiber resin post was repaired by indirect method. One of the two groups was randomly selected into sections, and then the images of the composite structure and dentin interface were observed by scanning electron microscope. The rest were used for microdeduction experiment. The bonding strength of the two methods was detected by microdeduction method after the slice was made. This paper analyzes the influence of the fabrication method of the post and different parts of the root root on the bonding strength between the resin composite structure of the fiber post and the dentin of the root canal. Results the direct method and indirect method are used to repair the funnel-shaped root canal with quartz fiber pile. The fabrication method of the post and the different parts of the root had significant effects on the bonding strength between the fiber post resin composite structure and the root canal dentin, and the interaction between the two factors had a significant effect on the bonding strength (P 0.001). Conclusion indirect quartz fiber post is used to repair the middle root neck of funnel root canal. In the middle of root, in the apical part of the root, the adhesive strength between the fiber post and resin composite structure and the micro-protruding between the root canal dentin was significantly higher than that in the direct method, while in the indirect method group, the adhesive strength of the root neck was significantly higher than that of the middle part of the root. The adhesive strength of the middle part of the root was significantly higher than that of the tip of the root, and that of the direct method group was significantly higher than that of the middle part of the root and the apical part of the root. There was no significant difference in adhesive strength between the middle of the root and the apical part of the root. In the same part of the two methods, the gap between the resin composite structure of the indirect fiber pile and the dentin was smaller than that of the direct method. The gap between the root neck and the root tip between the post and dentin gradually widened.
