【摘要】：正患者女性,42歲。2013年7月就診于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院,因右舌鱗癌行"右舌鱗癌擴(kuò)大切除術(shù)+右頸根治性頸淋巴結(jié)清掃術(shù)"。術(shù)后行局部放射治療(50.4 Gy/28 f)。2015年5月患者因發(fā)現(xiàn)"舌背包塊"行右舌癌復(fù)發(fā)擴(kuò)大切除術(shù)。術(shù)后行化療及局部放射治療(66 Gy/28 f)。2016年1月患者再次發(fā)現(xiàn)舌體腫塊及雙側(cè)頸部腫塊伴疼痛、開(kāi)口受限。就診于四川省腫瘤醫(yī)院,體檢示:慢性病容,頸部呈手術(shù)放療后改變,頸部皮膚強(qiáng)直
[Abstract]:The female patient was 42 years old. She was admitted to the local hospital in July 2013. Extended excision of right tongue squamous cell carcinoma was performed for right tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Radical neck dissection of right neck was performed. Local radiotherapy was performed after operation for 50.4 Gy/28 f). In May 2015, the patient underwent extended resection of recurrent carcinoma of the right tongue due to the discovery of "backpack mass of tongue". After operation, chemotherapy and local radiotherapy were performed for 66 Gy/28 f). In January 2016, the patient again found tongue mass and bilateral cervical mass with pain. Limited opening.
