【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)研究具有不同植入扭矩(insertion torque,IT)及其種植體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)(implant stability quotient,ISQ)值的種植體抵抗力作用下微動(dòng)的能力,分析IT與ISQ能否反映種植體初期穩(wěn)定性,并分析IT與ISQ是否相關(guān)。方法:將24段牛肋骨隨機(jī)平均分為水平加力組和垂直加力組,然后將種植體以設(shè)定的7種扭矩植入每一段牛肋骨中并測(cè)量相應(yīng)的ISQ值。安放好基臺(tái)及全瓷冠后,每組分別進(jìn)行水平向和垂直向加力,記錄微動(dòng)為150um時(shí)的力。結(jié)果:在每組樣本中,IT和ISQ均與種植體初期穩(wěn)定性不相關(guān)(P0.05);在同一樣本中,IT和ISQ在一定條件下可與種植體初期穩(wěn)定性相關(guān);IT與ISQ不一定相關(guān)。結(jié)論:IT與ISQ反映種植體初期穩(wěn)定性是有條件的,IT與ISQ不一定能反映種植體初期穩(wěn)定性,IT與ISQ也不一定相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the insertion torque with different insertion torque. ITS and its implant stability quotient ISQs, the ability to fretting under implant resistance. To analyze whether IT and ISQ can reflect the initial stability of implants and whether IT and ISQ are correlated. Methods: 24 segments of bovine ribs were randomly divided into horizontal and vertical reinforcement groups. Then the implant was implanted with 7 kinds of torques and the corresponding ISQ values were measured. After placing the base table and the all-ceramic crown, each group was subjected to horizontal and vertical reinforcement respectively. Results: in each group of samples, IT and ISQ were not related to the initial stability of implants (P 0.05). In the same sample, IT and ISQ could be correlated with the initial stability of implant under certain conditions. Conclusion: it and ISQ reflect that the initial stability of implants is conditional, IT and ISQ do not necessarily reflect the initial stability of implants. It and ISQ are not necessarily related.
