【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)新疆維吾爾族成年人下頜前牙區(qū)頜骨形態(tài)、寬度以及牙槽嵴頂處近遠(yuǎn)中距離的錐形束CT數(shù)值測(cè)量分析,為臨床修復(fù)及種植手術(shù)提供理論依據(jù)。方法:選取2015年5月-2016年5月間120名在新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院口腔科就診并拍攝CBCT的維吾爾族成年患者,利用CBCT圖像對(duì)其下頜前牙區(qū)頜骨外形、頜骨不同垂直距離的唇舌側(cè)寬度、牙槽嵴頂處近遠(yuǎn)中距離進(jìn)行測(cè)量分析。結(jié)果:新疆維吾爾族成人下頜前牙區(qū)頜骨唇側(cè)形態(tài)均為凹形,最凹點(diǎn)位于下頜骨上中份;舌側(cè)外形呈現(xiàn)多樣性,其中尖牙凸形比例最高,中切牙及側(cè)切牙平坦形所占比例較高;牙槽嵴頂處頜骨唇舌側(cè)寬度最窄,根尖處及頜骨中1/2頜骨唇舌側(cè)寬度較窄,下頜骨下緣皮質(zhì)骨上緣最寬,尖牙區(qū)牙槽嵴頂和根尖區(qū)頜骨唇舌側(cè)寬度男性較比女性明顯寬;左右尖牙、側(cè)切牙、中切牙牙槽嵴頂?shù)慕h(yuǎn)中距離是4.52~6.83,尖牙最長(zhǎng),側(cè)切牙次之,中切牙最小。結(jié)論:維吾爾族成年患者出現(xiàn)下頜中切牙或者側(cè)切牙缺失時(shí)需行種植修復(fù)時(shí),應(yīng)關(guān)注患者下前牙區(qū)頜骨的外形,防止在手術(shù)過(guò)程中由于存在倒凹造成唇舌側(cè)穿通,以及手術(shù)過(guò)程中可能帶來(lái)因近遠(yuǎn)中距離不足而造成損失鄰牙的危害等給患者帶來(lái)不必要的麻煩。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure and analyze the shape, width and distance of mandibular anterior teeth of Xinjiang Uygur adults with conical beam CT. Methods: to provide theoretical basis for clinical repair and implant operation. From May 2015 to May 2016, 120 adult Uygur patients in the Department of Stomatology of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected and photographed by CBCT. The shape of mandibular anterior teeth and the width of lip and tongue at different vertical distances were analyzed by CBCT images. Results: the maxillary lip of the anterior mandibular region of Xinjiang Uygur adults was concave, and the most concave point was located in the middle part of the mandible. The shape of lingual side showed diversity, among which the ratio of canine convex was the highest, and the proportion of central incisor and lateral incisor flattened was higher. The width of lip and tongue at the top of alveolar crest was the narrowest, the width of lip and tongue at root tip and 1/2 jaw was narrower, and the upper margin of cortical bone in lower margin of mandible was the widest. The width of alveolar crest and maxillary lip and tongue in the canine region was wider in males than in females. The distance between left and right incisors, lateral incisors and alveolar crest of central incisors was 4.52% 6.83, the longest was canine, and the second was lateral incisor. Conclusion: when the mandibular central incisor or lateral incisor is missing in Uygur adults, we should pay attention to the shape of maxilla in the lower anterior teeth of Uygur. To prevent the side of lip and tongue perforation caused by the existence of inverted concave during the operation and the harm of loss of adjacent teeth caused by short distance and close distance in the course of operation, it will bring unnecessary trouble to the patients.
