【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)分析未用藥精神分裂癥患者與正常對照相比睡眠結構的特征性改變。方法:使用關鍵詞"精神分裂癥"和"睡眠結構"(或"睡眠紊亂"或"多導睡眠圖"等)在MEDLINE、Embase、Springer、PsychINFO、谷歌學術、萬方數據庫等檢索相關文獻,發(fā)表時間為1980年-2015年,篩選針對未用藥精神分裂癥患者睡眠結構特點的對照研究,最終共納入15篇文獻,使用文獻質量評價量表(NOS)評價納入研究的文獻質量。用Stata13.0軟件完成meta統(tǒng)計分析。結果:未用藥精神分裂癥患者與健康對照相比,總睡眠時間減少,睡眠潛伏期延長(P0.01),睡眠效率下降,快動眼睡眠潛伏期縮短(均P0.01)。未用藥精神分裂癥患者的非快動眼1期睡眠所占比例增加,4期和慢波睡眠期所占比例減少,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:在排除藥物的影響下,精神分裂癥患者的睡眠質量明顯低于正常對照,表現為總睡眠時間減少(以慢波睡眠減少為著),睡眠潛伏期延長,睡眠效率下降等。

[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically analyze the characteristic changes of sleep structure in patients with schizophrenia without medication compared with normal controls. Methods: the key words "schizophrenia" and "sleep structure" (or "sleep disorder" or "polysomnography", etc.) were used to search the relevant literature in MEDLINE,Embase,Springer,PsychINFO, Google academic, Wanfang Database, etc., published from 1980 to 2015. A comparative study on the characteristics of sleep structure of patients with schizophrenia without medication was screened and finally included in 15 articles. The literature quality included in the study was evaluated by using the document quality Evaluation scale (NOS). Meta statistical analysis is completed with Stata13.0 software. Results: compared with the healthy control group, the total sleep time, sleep latency, sleep efficiency and fast eye movement sleep latency of the patients with schizophrenia were decreased (P 0.01), and that of the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.01). The proportion of non-fast eye movement stage 1 sleep in patients with schizophrenia without medication increased, while the proportion of stage 4 and slow wave sleep decreased, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: under the influence of excluding drugs, the sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia is significantly lower than that of the normal control, which is characterized by the decrease of total sleep time (especially the decrease of slow wave sleep), the prolongation of sleep latency and the decrease of sleep efficiency.
