【摘要】：目的:探究高邊緣性人格障礙(Borderline Personality Disorder,BPD)特質(zhì)者的自我-重要他人表征特征。方法:采用自我參照范式。實(shí)驗(yàn)一對(duì)比28名高BPD特質(zhì)者與26名低BPD特質(zhì)者的自我與重要他人參照任務(wù)成績(jī),實(shí)驗(yàn)二對(duì)比29名有情緒喚起與29名無(wú)情緒喚起的高BPD特質(zhì)者的自我與重要他人參照任務(wù)成績(jī)。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)一發(fā)現(xiàn)高BPD特質(zhì)組的自我參照再認(rèn)成績(jī)顯著低于低BPD特質(zhì)組;高BPD特質(zhì)組的自我與重要他人參照再認(rèn)成績(jī)無(wú)顯著差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)二發(fā)現(xiàn)高BPD特質(zhì)者中,有情緒喚起組的自我參照再認(rèn)成績(jī)顯著低于無(wú)情緒喚起組,有情緒喚起組的重要他人參照再認(rèn)成績(jī)顯著高于無(wú)情緒喚起組。結(jié)論:高BPD特質(zhì)者自我感相對(duì)低,自我概念受到重要他人影響,且情緒喚起會(huì)增加二者的嚴(yán)重程度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the characteristics of self-important others in patients with high borderline personality disorder (Borderline Personality Disorder,BPD). Methods: self-reference paradigm was used. In experiment 1, the self and important reference task scores of 28 high BPD subjects and 26 low BPD subjects were compared, and the self and important others reference task scores of 29 high BPD subjects with emotional arousal and 29 high BPD subjects without emotional arousal were compared in experiment 2. Results: in experiment 1, it was found that the self-reference recognition score of high BPD group was significantly lower than that of low BPD trait group, but there was no significant difference between high BPD special group and important others. In experiment 2, it was found that the score of self-reference recognition in emotional arousal group was significantly lower than that in non-emotional arousal group, and that in emotional arousal group was significantly higher than that in non-emotional arousal group. Conclusion: the self-perception of patients with high BPD characteristics is relatively low, their self-concept is affected by important others, and emotional arousal will increase the severity of the two.
