【摘要】：【目的】探討多奈哌齊對(duì)輕-中度麻痹性癡呆病人認(rèn)知的療效�！痉椒ā繉⑴R床確診輕-中度麻痹性癡呆的病人47例根據(jù)用藥情況分為觀察組(n=24例)及對(duì)照組(n=23例),對(duì)照組按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)驅(qū)梅療法予大劑量青霉素治療14 d后繼予芐星青霉素治療3周,觀察組在對(duì)照組的治療基礎(chǔ)上加用多奈哌齊5 mg每天一次治療。評(píng)估基線期、治療后4周、12周MMSE評(píng)分、CDR評(píng)分,血清及腦脊液TRUST滴度變化。【結(jié)果】青霉素治療后,血液及腦脊液內(nèi)TRUST滴度下降甚至轉(zhuǎn)陰;基線期及治療4周后兩組MMSE、CDR評(píng)分無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,治療12周時(shí)觀察組各項(xiàng)評(píng)分均較對(duì)照組高(P0.05),且無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)�！窘Y(jié)論】在有效驅(qū)梅的基礎(chǔ)上,多奈哌齊可改善輕-中度麻痹性癡呆的認(rèn)知功能、癡呆程度,且安全、耐受性良好,可能是麻痹性癡呆的輔助治療手段之一。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the effect of donepazide on cognition of patients with mild to moderate paralytic dementia. [methods] 47 patients with mild to moderate paralytic dementia were divided into observation group (n = 24) and control group (n = 23) according to the medication condition, and the patients with mild to moderate paralytic dementia were divided into observation group (n = 24) and control group (n = 23). The control group was treated with high-dose penicillin for 14 days and then treated with benzylpenicillin for 3 weeks according to the standard banmei therapy. The observation group was treated with 5 mg of Donepezil once a day on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The baseline period, 4 and 12 weeks after treatment, MMSE score, CDR score, serum and cerebrospinal fluid TRUST titers were evaluated. [results] after penicillin treatment, the TRUST titers in blood and cerebrospinal fluid decreased and even turned negative. There was no significant difference in MMSE,CDR scores between the two groups at baseline stage and 4 weeks after treatment. The scores of observation group were higher than those of control group at 12 weeks after treatment (P0.05), and there was no obvious adverse reaction. [conclusion] on the basis of effective treatment of plum, the scores of observation group were higher than those of control group (P0.05). Donepezil can improve the cognitive function, dementia degree, safety and tolerance of mild to moderate paralytic dementia, which may be one of the auxiliary therapy for paralytic dementia.
