ApoEε4等位基因?qū)CI患者的認(rèn)知功能及1H-MRS代謝物的影響

【摘要】:【目的】載脂蛋白E(apolipoprotein E,ApoE) ε4等位基因是阿爾茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)的風(fēng)險因素我們目的在于研究ε4等位基因?qū)p度認(rèn)知功能障礙(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者的認(rèn)知功能及海馬區(qū)磁共振波譜(Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy,MRS)代謝物變化的影響 【方法】對23例符合輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者進(jìn)行簡易精神狀態(tài)檢查法(mini mental state examination,MMSE)蒙特利爾認(rèn)知評估(Montreal cognitiveassessment,MoCA)檢查,通過PCR-RELP技術(shù)進(jìn)行ApoE基因型鑒定,并進(jìn)行雙側(cè)海馬區(qū)域的MRS檢查 【結(jié)果】(1) ApoEε4陽性的MCI患者M(jìn)oCA總分及延遲記憶分?jǐn)?shù)較陰性的MCI患者降低;(2) ApoEε4陽性的MCI患者兩側(cè)海馬N-乙酰天門冬氨酸/肌酸(N.acetylaspartate/creatine,NAA/Cr)顯著低于ε4陰性的MCI患者,而ε4陽性的MCI患者雙側(cè)海馬膽堿/肌酸(choline/creatine,Cho/Cr)以及肌醇/肌酸(myo-inositol/creatine,MI/Cr)無明顯不同;(3) MCI患者兩側(cè)海馬NAA/Cr比率與延遲回憶的分?jǐn)?shù)正相關(guān) 【結(jié)論】ApoEε4等位基因陽性MCI患者記憶損害更嚴(yán)重,并且海馬區(qū)MRS代謝物的變化能夠被MRS檢測到
[Abstract]:[objective] the apolipoprotein E (apolipoprotein EpoE) 蔚 4 allele is a risk factor for Alzheimer's disease (Alzheimer disease,AD). Our aim is to study the effect of 蔚 4 allele on (mild cognitive impairment, with mild cognitive impairment. Effect of cognitive function and changes of magnetic resonance spectrum (Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy,MRS) metabolites in hippocampus in patients with MCI [methods] 23 patients with mild cognitive impairment were examined by (mini mental state examination, with simple mental state test. MMSE) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (Montreal cognitiveassessment,MoCA) and ApoE genotypes were identified by PCR-RELP technique. MRS examination of bilateral hippocampal region [results] (1) the total MoCA score and delayed memory score in MCI patients with ApoE 蔚 4 positive were lower than those in MCI patients with negative ApoE 蔚 4; (2) the level of N acetylaspartate / creatine NAA / Cr in bilateral hippocampus of MCI patients with positive ApoE 蔚 4 was significantly lower than that of MCI patients with 蔚 4 negative, while choline/creatine, / creatine (choline/creatine,) in bilateral hippocampus of MCI patients with 蔚 4 positive was significantly lower than that of MCI patients with 蔚 4 positive. Cho/Cr and inositol / creatine (myo-inositol/creatine,MI/Cr) were not significantly different. (3) there was a positive correlation between bilateral hippocampal NAA/Cr ratio and delayed recall score in MCI patients [conclusion] ApoE 蔚 4 allele positive MCI patients had more severe memory impairment, and the changes of MRS metabolites in hippocampus could be detected by MRS.
