【摘要】：目的了解紹興市初中生焦慮癥狀檢出率,并分析其影響因素。方法采用整群抽樣方法選取調(diào)查對象,使用兒童焦慮性情緒障礙篩查表(SCARED)對其抑郁癥狀進(jìn)行評估。單因素分析運用卡方檢驗和Mann-Whitney U法秩和檢驗,多因素分析應(yīng)用非條件Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果本次調(diào)查發(fā)放問卷3 500份,回收有效問卷3 397份,問卷回收率為97.06%。3 397名初中生焦慮癥狀檢出率為18.9%(641/3 397)。城鎮(zhèn)戶籍[OR值(95%CI)=2.065(1.722~2.477)],高年級[OR值(95%CI)=2.073(1.662~2.585)],自評學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)中等和重度[OR值(95%CI)分別為1.439(1.179~1.754)和1.597(1.348~1.892)],體力活動缺乏[OR值(95%CI)=2.141(1.664~2.755)]等是焦慮癥狀的危險因素,性格外向[OR值(95%CI)=0.583(0.460~0.738)],對自己體型無所謂及滿意[OR值(95%CI)分別為0.762(0.617~0.940)和0.605(0.475~0.770)]是焦慮癥狀的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論紹興市初中生焦慮癥狀檢出率呈較快增長趨勢,不同群體的焦慮癥狀不同,應(yīng)有針對性地加強(qiáng)預(yù)防和干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence rate of anxiety symptoms of junior high school students in Shaoxing and analyze its influencing factors. Methods the subjects were selected by cluster sampling and their depressive symptoms were evaluated by (SCARED). Single factor analysis was performed by chi-square test and Mann-Whitney U rank sum test, and non conditional Logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis. Results 3 500 questionnaires were sent out and 3 397 valid questionnaires were collected. The recovery rate of questionnaires was 97.06.3 and 397 junior high school students. The prevalence rate of anxiety symptoms was 18.9% (641 / 3397). Urban household registration [OR value (95%CI) = 2.065 (1. 722 / 2. 477)], upper grade [OR value (95%CI) = 2.073 (1. 662 / 2. 585)], The self-assessed burden of learning was moderate and severe [the OR value (95%CI) was 1.439 (1.179 ~ 1.754) and 1.597 (1.348 ~ 1.892)], Physical activity deficiency [OR value (95%CI) = 2.141 (1.664A2.755)] was a risk factor for anxiety symptoms, and extroverted personality [OR value (95%CI) = 0.583 (0.460,0.738)], The OR value (95%CI) of 0.762 (0.617 ~ 0.940) and 0.605 (0.475 ~ 0.770) were the protective factors of anxiety symptoms. Conclusion the prevalence rate of anxiety symptoms of junior high school students in Shaoxing city is increasing rapidly. Different groups of students have different anxiety symptoms, so prevention and intervention should be strengthened.
