【摘要】：研究背景:雙相障礙與慢性弱炎癥反應(yīng)、軀體疾病共病有關(guān),共病現(xiàn)象能降低患者生活質(zhì)量。代謝-炎癥改變被假定是雙相障礙與軀體疾病共病之間的主要聯(lián)系之一,但目前很少有研究探索這種聯(lián)系可能的機(jī)制。本文旨在:(1)總結(jié)能促進(jìn)雙相障礙和軀體疾病共病間聯(lián)系的代謝性炎癥改變的證據(jù);(2)討論針對(duì)相關(guān)代謝性炎癥改變的治療和預(yù)防方法。
[Abstract]:Background: bipolar disorder is associated with chronic weak inflammation and syndromes of somatic diseases, which can reduce the quality of life of patients. Metabolic and inflammatory changes are assumed to be one of the main links between bipolar disorders and syndromes of somatic diseases, but little research has been done to explore the possible mechanisms of this association. The purpose of this paper is to: (1) summarize the evidence of metabolic inflammation associated with bipolar disorder and somatic diseases; (2) discuss the treatment and prevention of metabolic inflammation.
