孤獨(dú)癥兒童聽(tīng)覺(jué)統(tǒng)合治療的療效分析
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of auditory integration therapy in autistic children. Methods A total of 86 children with autism were enrolled in this study. 47 patients were treated with the third generation digital auditory integrative training instrument (TL2001-A type) for auditory integration training (auditory integration training,AIT) (intervention group), and 39 patients were not treated with AIT intervention (control group). Both groups were assessed with Autistic Child behavior Checklist (Autism Behavior Checklist,ABC) and Self-made observation behavior scale (Self-prepared Questionnaire,SPQ) before treatment and 6 months after treatment. Results 1) compared with before treatment, the scores of perception, communication, somatic movement, language, self-care of life in the intervention group increased or decreased significantly (P0.05), while in the control group, the scores of perception factors increased or decreased (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the perception, self-care and total score of the intervention group increased or decreased after treatment (P0.05). 2. Language, communication, perception, behavior, emotion and other aspects of the self-made observation scale were improved in the intervention group compared with those before treatment (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the control group. After treatment, the intervention group had less active language, difficult communication and improved the score of distracting factor than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion auditory integrative therapy is effective in improving the symptoms of autistic children.
