【摘要】：目的 :以廣州市為例,研究阿爾茨海默病患者的直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),為醫(yī)保和政府相關(guān)部門制定阿爾茨海默病患者的醫(yī)保政策和財(cái)政補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供實(shí)證依據(jù)。方法 :利用2011—2012年廣州市城鎮(zhèn)職工和城鎮(zhèn)居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合患病率通過直接法計(jì)算直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),用非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)法對(duì)直接醫(yī)療費(fèi)用在不同因素水平下進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 :2011—2012年廣州市阿爾茨海默病患者的直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)分別為7 323.54萬(wàn)元和8 158.88萬(wàn)元。結(jié)論 :廣州市阿爾茨海默病患者的直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)較重,整合不同的醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)制度、探索新型的醫(yī)療服務(wù)模式、加強(qiáng)早期預(yù)防和診斷、推動(dòng)長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)制度發(fā)展非常必要。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the direct economic burden of patients with Alzheimer's disease in Guangzhou City, and to provide empirical evidence for the establishment of health insurance policy and financial compensation standards for Alzheimer's disease patients by health insurance and government departments. Methods: based on the basic medical insurance data of urban workers and urban residents in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2012, the direct economic burden was calculated by the direct method of prevalence, and the direct medical expenses were analyzed under different factors by non-parametric test. Results: the direct economic burden of Alzheimer's disease patients in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2012 was 73.2354 million yuan and 81.5888 million yuan respectively. Conclusion: the direct economic burden of patients with Alzheimer's disease in Guangzhou is heavy. It is necessary to integrate different medical insurance systems, explore new modes of medical service, strengthen early prevention and diagnosis, and promote the development of long-term nursing insurance system.
